The front of the truck was covered in bugs. the windshield was blasted with bugs. Hard to see out of day or night. Had to do an extra stop and clear the mess.JEREMY W.
Everything was done decent and in order. Very professional. Truck was out front, Check out was smooth and the One Way drop off location was 5 minutes from my destination. service rep ws very attenttive and made sure I had everything I needed. We walked part of the truck review and she explained what I needed to know in a manner that was well understood - where to park the truck on my return on the lot and where to leave the key as the return was after closing time. - gas full tank or reimburse company gas prices She asked if I had questions or issues with the truck rental. The location where the vehicle was picked up you don't receive service so it's hard to do the south pick up and return and also it would be great to leave instructions on how to open the lock box didn't know you had to pull the little latch back on topMelissa V.

We had a great experience with your u haul place. Truck was really great. Help with correct size for what I needed moved. Only thing we didn't like was the end, trying to figure out all email stuff. We turned truck in early but after hrs. Was told just park,lock up and put key in slot. If I didn't have my daughter figuring it all out I would of been nuts!! Didn't like all computer stuff at the end!!we were pretty tired by then. Otherwise a great place to rent haul!! Inexpensive also.Pamela A.

Horrible moving experience ever! First of all, the truck I reserved and paid for wasn't at the location, StaxUP Holland Rd, Menifee, CA. The front desk male was very rude and offer no help, just told me to call Uhaul because they had no record of it and couldn't; help me, so I called Uhaul and made another reservation for the next day at the same location since it was the only location with an available truck. The same thing happened the next day, no truck, they have me call Uhaul again, and then Uhaul rep.sent me to another location StaxUP McCall in Menifee, to pick up a truck after business hours. The whole experience was stressful and costly since I had to pay the moving company an additional fee for moving the date. A courtesy call to let the customer know that the truck reserved is not available would've been helpful.Jenny G.

It was an old truck with 126,000 miles. The brakes squealed when braking and squealed off and on while driving when not even applied. I drove a U-haul to move my family in 1985 and this truck was about the same comfort and noise without the stick shift. Next time I'll go Ryder and push harder to get up the ramp.SCOTT C.

Uhaul sent us to another town after we reaerved in Riverside. Three locations later we ended up here. The lady said we would get discounted if we returned the truck to a specific location. Of course upon returning, they denied it. The inside of the truck smelled like a pot farm and there was a business card from immigration back there.Sean H.
