Where do I start ? Apon arrival there was no one inside the office. There was a phone number attached to the door in which no one answered after a few minutes a woman road up on a cart and ask ( as if she didn't want to be bothered) are you here for a unit ( storage ) I advised the woman no I'm here for this uhual. The lady ( before even verifying) told me oh no this one has already been rented. I respectfully responded and said yes I know it's rented to be I made a reservation for this truck. The woman Made some excuse and then after me standing around for a while I asked if she could just check the reservation I have a reservation number and everything. This turned into a huge problem. The woman did not know her log in and attempted a few tunes to log in. After being told my truck wasn't mine I knew I wasn't going to get the best service from her. So when she wasn't able to log in she kind of acted as if it was no big deal. She told me â€œ maybe you have a rental at the other uhual on ogeechee â€œ I respectfully responded â€œ no ma'am I just left that uhual and they confirmed I am reserved here 1333 ....â€ The woman said well maybe you can go to them and get it.. At this point I'm totally confused as to what she wasn't Ed me to go back and get from the other uhual . It was as if she didn't want me to rent the uhual. Everything was a excuse or something. I finally asked if she has a manager or someone she can call to help her with her computer. At this point I've been standing here for about 15 minutes waking as she makes excuse after excuse. After another 5 minutes of looking for paperwork she finally calls someone to help. Everything was a question and she finally said it was far first day but was so ready to turn me away with out even trying . Most things since covid are done through the computer or phone . She asked for my id made a copy and I had to verify on my Phone twice . The issue is when it was time for me to finally get the rental ( that she said wasn't for me ) I noticed my personal info was just sitting around on a desk. That wasn't really a good feeling so I asked for her to please destroy it or please return it seeing that we didn't need it printed because it was done on the phone . She had to cell her manager back ( oh yeah I mentioned to her I would be calling her manager to tell them if the poor customer service today . She made a comment to her manager and even made fun of my name I gave her for my contact which was Jesus .. she laughed and said â€œ haha Christ â€œ which is so ignorant because Jesus is a common name ) Clearly this lady has a lot of racist tendencies and should be looked into very closely. Needless to say I won't be returning . Paige - manager honey you can find better people to work for you maybe no racist .IMANI G.

I am terrible with names, but the two young women who helped me with my rental was amazing! they were kind and thorough, I was in and out without feeling rushed. they understand that foks have things to do and so, they got me checked in in a timely fashion and checked out, just as fast. Thank you.Hope B.
Everything needs improvement! I got over charged! After I returned the equipment on time and put the proper gas amount! You people are a rip offShakira C.
