Appointment time set for 8:30, no one there until 9. Could not do check in online- said had to wait for them to come. Truck no working lights. We also ordered a dolly, a furniture dolly and pads which none were available upon our arrival. We had to get on the road do we couldn't wait for a truck with lights.Don G.

The truck did not ride smoothly, and the cab was not clean, smelled stale with an overlay of some kind of fragrance. It did serve us well, though, and we accomplished the moving task satisfactorily. Thanks for being there for us. The customer service was above average!Laura S.

Problem: we had ordered hand truck and moving blankets. When we arrived to pick up the moving truck, we were informed they do not have that equipment at this location.Jimmy C.
I've heard before, if you don't drop your U-Haul to yall when y'all open y'all will try to do extra charges even if keys are dropped off a day early to drop box. Which is what I did, I dropped my keys off to the drop box gas was more than I got it everything in place A DAY BEFORE. And still y'all trying to charge 70$ extra !
