Website listed the hours differently than the actual hours. I had to wait a bit to get through the gate because the drop off (with Key Drop) area was full. This was an inconvenience, but the lade who worked the location was very pleasant and more than made up for it.Patrick B.

Easy to work with, had the equipment we needed on time. Great communication to confirm the reservation and details for pickup. Our only issue was that there's only one real spot for leaving the truck after hours and it was full. So, we had to create a spot - which seemed to work out fine. Would definitely use again!SCOTT G.

The truck was fine but the 24/7 rental option is terrible. It takes to long for each part of the rental process and when I brought the truck back it wouldn't give me the gate code to get back in and my car was in the storage area. Had to reach in the gate to trip the censer with my hand. Tried calling uphaul while I was there and was on hold with the message repeating would be 5 to 10 minutes and stayed on hold for 30 minutes no one ever answeredSTEVEN H.
I set an appointment for 6/12. This was confirmed by multiple emails. Then suddenly it changed to July 9. I called UHaul and spent about 30 minutes on hold bc their system said the truck wasn't available. Eventually she was able to schedule me back into my correct time. Other than that O was surprised how easy the pickup and drop off was using my phone. Would definitely rent again.Jeremiah M.

The lady running the site was amazing and super helpful! No issues with her or the facility. The only complaint I have is that the trailer apparently leaks. It never rained the entire trip but the furniture inside got very wet. It had rained the two days prior to me renting it so I assume there was rain water on the top of the trailer. Several of my pieces of furniture now have stains from water pooling on the tops and swelling of wood from water damage. That is disappointing Bc I had just purchased this furniture in Nashville over the weekend and drove it back to Birmingham where I live. I've rented from U haul many times and have never had that happen to me.Michele V.

AT&T cell phones haveAbsolutely no service at your location so the check-in and checkout process is impossible to complete. Please add a wireless access point and include that in your instructions. That would help tremendously.Daniel S.

The rental trailer could use some love; Bondo was used to hold it together. The 1990 signs on it kinda tell the story. Staff were friendly, equipment was clean. The truck was filthy. Dirt, grime, grease on everything. When I took my foot off the gas, the truck downshifted so violently it threw me forward. The key stuck in the ignition. This truck should not be rented out to anyone. It has o er 110,000 miles which is fine if it's maintained. This truck was awful.John H.
