Include trouble shooting instructions for the 24/7 option and some kind of reimbursement for time that is wasted when the UHAUL app/website does not load properly or sync reservation information. My first reservation would not sync with my account dashboard and no one knew how to help me. I finally cancelled the reservation to attempt to reset my account. I was able to reschedule my reservation easily. However, this was a time consuming process. For those who are not very tech savvy this process can be a bit daunting. I would suggest watching the tutorial videos provided and thoroughly reading the directions. If you have a hard time using the app, use the traditional website to take the final photos of the odometer/fuel.Ashley M.

I couldn't get into lock box and waited over an hour on phone with uhaul for solution. I was moved to different bigger truck which was more difficult to navigate. I would've not chosen a 20ft but it was only option provided. I feel I probably spent more in gas die to bigger truck also. I wasted so much time on phone due to failed lock. The original representative at uhaul put me on hold and never came back.. finally another rep took me off phone after 45 mins on Hold and handled the issue. I was not pleased as I had helpers already at my home. This delay caused me much stress.Melissa A.

The owners need to verify the gas level in the trucks before filling out the paper work. I was told it had a full tank and when I got in it only had 1/4 tank, I had to go back in and make them update the order and my paper work.William R.

This location did not have my tow dolly waiting for me although I reserved it 2 months in advance. Then I had to go to a different location and they claimed I didn't pay for the dolly when I had the receipt in my hand. The previous location charged me 44 dollars in â€œ taxâ€ when it was really for the dolly. I had to pay twice for the same tow dolly. Won't use haul again. we got there there Sunday evening instead of Monday morning and got served with some attitude. I dont think she knew what she was doing or was about to get off work, but she was RUDE to my husband and dropped the F bomb. Otherwise, the truck was ok.TYLER S.
I reserved a UHAUL online. So I did the online check in as I got to the location. He came outside and asked if had a reservation, I said yes. I'm checking outline. He told me to stop. Looked up my name and said I don't have a reservation. He made me feel as if I was trying to steal the vehicle. I think noticed there wasn't 2 dollys like I paid for. And I told them that, he then asked for a receipt. I showed in my online order, he said that was sufficient. He gave me a hard time the WHOLE time. And I felt like it was discrimination. Not only that, I finally got the truck and I get in a pull off. I noticed that him and a coworkers were sitting down watching me the whole time. As I was fixing up the truck getting ready to go and as I was pulling off. I do not want to pick up my UHAUL from a janky locations like that. I hate being discriminated against because my money is green like everyone else. And if I paid, don't treat me like a criminal or a thief. I'd rate that location on Reidsville at a 2.D'Asia J.

This rating is for U-Haul overall. They pre-charged me for 2 days and an estimated millage. I used the U-Haul only for a few hours and returned it the same day with the fuel where I got it. I actually traveled less miles than they guessed and they said I don't get a refund because that's how they work. They charge if I go over, but I don't get a refund if I don't use the millage and full two days. What a rip off. Looks like I need to look into using a different moving van company. Not very client service friendly. This is kind of a SCAM. Not happy!jessica G.
