When booking my reservation I specifically requested the 24/7 mobile pick up option as I felt this was the safest way to ensure a contactless pickup and move amidst these COVID times. When I arrived at the location for pickup the application prompted me to wait 90 minutes until the Uhaul dealer was open. I was not impressed with this so I called the 1800 number only to speak to someone who put me on hold for over 34 minutes and never returned to the call. I went into the gas station to ask if they knew how I could obtain my rental truck and was shocked at the complete lack of acceptable customer service. I was told that I HAD to come into the store to pick up my truck by the two male employees behind the counter who spoke broken English at best. The one individual handled my credit card and drivers license without gloves and handed me a pen to write down two emergency contact numbers with on a random piece of paper. This is against ALL public health recommendations during COVID. Very disappointing and a large reason that I requested a contactless pickup to minimize my risk in the first place! In addition to this, I was not treated with any respect and was argued with when I declined the insurance. I had previously called my insurance company on Tuesday and was advised that my premium insurance policy would cover damage up to $40,000 on a rental truck such as a Uhaul. The man was very rude, and stated that "no insurance policies cover the rental of a Uhaul". When looking for damage on the truck, the employee opened the sliding door and said "see it's clean, bring it back that way!". It came off extremely demanding and rude. Signage in the truck also states that if you return the vehicle dirty, you will be charged $25, so I'm unsure why it mattered if mud or dirty did get in the vehicle as I would have been charged a cleaning fee... Not to mention the cab of the truck was dusty, and the floor mats were not clean. The drop off of the vehicle, again, was not contactless as I had requested! In addition to further putting myself at risk of obtaining COVID, the employee's instructions of where to park the vehicle were unclear and confusing. Again, I was forced to enter the store, and use a pen that had been handled by several other individuals. At this time I also had to provide payment, which I had assumed would be handled online (contactless), which is why I signed up for a Uhaul account and put my payment information on file. I am extremely upset and displeased with the service I received today. I will absolutely never be using this location again, in the chance that I do decide to use Uhaul again in the future.

Rented a moving van from here and clerk told me when I brought the van back it had to be filled up at his location as per the policy (pointed to homemade sign taped to wall) they implemented and not a Corporate policy. Driving around on wet slushy roads and was only able to clear windshield once before the washer fluid ran dry. Won't be dealing with this U-haul dealer again.

Pre-booked moving blankets and this location advertised they had them. Showed up to pick up the truck and was told they didn't have any. If you don't offer a service at a location, don't list it as an option on the website.

Sarbjeet called me in advance to let me know the truck was available early, personally inspected the truck with me prior to rental, and promptly took charge of the vehicle when I returned it. Very professional, courteous, and timely.

Owner of truck made us wait to get the truck however repeated several times to make sure to have it back on time. We were not aware uhaul had trucks that were privately owned. We will make sure to go to an actual uhaul location next time.

Had no windshield washer for the 10' truck that I rented, that's terrible cause I didn't recognize till I was driving on the highway. And took so long for the paperwork. Didn't like for the services at this location AT ALL.
