Truck was clean inside but front was covered in bugs. No one was at the locations. They did not have moving blankets and dolly I had reserved. Told me I could drive 20 miles round trip at my cost if I really wanted blankets and dolly.Andy F.

Picking up my truck was very frustrating frustrating! I scheduled it for 8:00 and somehow it was changed to 9. So, we went to the Sunrise inn in Danville Pa to pick it up. Nobody was there. I called the number on the note and nobody answered. I was going to call the main uhaul number and a women called me back. She said she did come because I scheduled a before hours pick up. I told her some how my time was changed to 9. She told me she would help me. As o was waiting for her to help there were many dogs barking. I also heard dogs barking inside the office. Then, a disheveled man came out of one of the hotel units and kept asking me who I was talking to. He asked me several questions and kept getting closer to me. Finally, the lady on the phone said oh good he can help you. So, the disheveled man got our key for the truck. That was a very disturbing experience! I am very disappointed! I really feel that I deserve a refund!Tracy K.
Everything went well. The only thing I don't like is I was not given enough mileage to return the truck. I was given 25 miles from my preferred pick-up location to the actual pick location and 116 miles from my house to the destination. It was very exact that there was no mileage left to return the truck thus I have to pay extra. Was told that we woild get .49 cents a mile had it long term. In the end was over 2000 in just milage costs. SHE than said she spoke to her manager who would not let hwr change anything.. Have rented several models over the last year and was not very happy I was told.one thing and was not followed thru with..LOTTIE N.

Get a phone that doesn't go straight to voicemail, or maybe just answer the phone.. also, get an owner where she can be devoted to this one job an not multiple, that way she can focus on these customers at hand an not have her motel tenant run her business for her.REBECCA W.

Don't add hidden fees to the order once it's been placed. You should be upfront about the extra fees before someone puts in their card information. I feel like I've been taken advantage of!!!! No type of rental transportation should be this expensiveâ€¦how dare you charge working class middle families a rate like this!!! And how dare you not even recognize a Veterans discount!! I could have at least used that. NEVER EVER USING UHAUL AGAIN, NEVER RECOMMENDING IT EITHER! Worst experience of my life.Casey S.
The staff in Danville were late in opening the site and they were not open to assisting the 2 lady customers (one being 89) in hooking the truck that had been picked up in Lewisburg t the auto transporter . The staff were the most cordial, helpful and professional at the Pulaski site.LISETTE F.
I arrived and no one was on site. I had to call. They had the key in a lock box that was unlocked, they did not have the pads I had ordered which I believe I was still charged for because I paid a head of time. Then I open the back and there were pins and paper clips all through it that I had to clean myself. I also think it is ridiculous that U-Haul does not keep all tanks full. I received it at 1/4 if a tank. That is not on the owner of this site but on U-Haul itself. I'm very dissatisfied with U-Haul as a whole.ZACHARY B.
First, the truck was not cleaned out. They could not have disinfected the truck. Smelled like rotten lettuce. Q tip on floor. Tires were 30 psi under inflated. Sheetz bag with something in it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.Ron S.

I reserved a 15 foot van for 0830 but when I showed up at the location that I was told to go to at the time I was told to go, they had no record of my reservation. I was told that U-Haul can change the reservation at their discretion. What is the point of reserving a vehicle and scheduling help to move if there is no vehicle to load. Ended up waiting over 1.5 hours to get a smaller truck which took multiple trips. Poor job. Costumer service at the location was helpful.DOUGLAS V.

My rental was supposed to be only 5 miles from my home. I had to drive 40 miles for my rental because it wasn't available at my location. I found out the afternoon before my pickup. It was too late to make any changes. Location was very accommodating and helpful. They were awesome, but Uhaul was very inconvenient.Dwight D.
