U-Haul messed up my entire moving experience!!! Didn’t have the truck I scheduled a week ahead and no one told me until I showed up and had to call. Then had to drive 45 min out of the way for a new truck that didn’t have the equipment I needed so they sent me another hr in the opposite direction to get the appliance dolly that didn’t exist. Didn’t even use the truck I just had a to go through a new company to actually get moved. I will never use U-Haul again and I want a refund!!!!
