Very unorganized rented a dolly was told it was in the truck. Had to drive back 5 miles to go back and pick up the dolly. Was charged for extras that I told them I didn't want. Then was told that I never dropped off the truck and I had it there 16 hours before it was due.

Karen SThe truck I rented had a very obvious exhaust leak and I had to stop at the first gas station I could find due to the low amount of gas in the truck. The insurance cost was roughly $20 more expensive than what I was quoted online. My original reservation was made online on 4/22 to pick up the truck in Hot Springs, Arkansas on 4/27, but I was notified on 4/26 that I would have to pick up the truck in Glenwood, Arkansas which was a significant distance away from my planned pickup location.
