Pick up scheduled for 8:00. Store opened at 10:00 a.m. Something wrong with truck and waited until 1:00 p.m. for another truck to arrive. Cannot complain about the attendant. Attendant was very apologetic and courteous. Said was going to document incident. Inside of truck was dirty had to sweep out.

This was a terrible experience. We didn’t get the uhaul until 2 hours after we were supposed to because the store was not open. The uhaul has a service engine light on. Then three days after we had it they called me and said I owed $250 for mileage that I had already paid. They never checked the mileage and the store in Glenwood AR where I picked up was very unprofessional and liars.

The van was not checked before I took it. It has 1/2 tank of gas. I filled it back to 1/2 tank. I asked if would be the same to rent a trailer and was told yes. I had no idea there was. 99 cent a mile charge! I would have rented a trailer to pull.

I picked the truck up and the fuel light came on before I went 5 miles. I turned in the truck just like I got it and now you want $30 more for fuel. I won't use them again. I will tell them to take a picture of the gas gauge.

The fact that the computers were down we could not pick up truck oon Sat. As promised. Then we’re told we could pick the truck up the next morning.but the place was not even open. I stayed on the phone most of the day trying to get the truck or another one. Ended up having to change days to Monday and Tuesday. We ended up making 3 trips to get the truck. 60 miles each time plus We had to find somewhere to stay for 2 nights.but we finally got the truck and moved. Was a very frustrating 4 days and I am not happy with our experience

The drop off location was OK. Nothing special and not particularly convenient to me, personally, but OK. My problem with this U-Haul experience has nothing to do with the equipment or pick up or drop off locations. I hired and paid for movers in Arkansas to help me unload and move in. I used the U-Haul website to engage and pay for them in advance. I called them the day before to be sure they knew where to meet me and set a time. They did not show up. I called and left messages and texted multiple times. I received no response. Since I had to return the trailer by a specific time to a city 30 minutes away, we had to unload the trailer with much difficulty and deal with the furniture as best we could on our own. Of course, in the middle of it, it started to rain. The lady with U-Haul customer service tried to contact them and received no response, either. She then helped us cancel the order and get a refund, but the problem is that the mover -- J & K Moving -- turned what was supposed to be a smooth process into a headache, not what I wanted or paid for in advance.

Drop off truck night before. Went next day at 10am when they open man was to busy to even give me a receipt. Just asked if I had contract. Told him the box had said to put it in with the keys. Wanted to know if I had paid with credit card and if I filled it up with gas and correct amount of miles. Told him didn't know how many miles was allowed and was sure it was close. I left and went to my car and came back he had left and a lady was there. Told her to tell him if any thing was wrong (miles etc) to call me and not to put any extra charges to my credit card till I knew what was wrong.
