Had a terrible time trying to return the trailer through the app. Ive had nothing but problems with the uhaul app. It thought I was miles away from the drop off so it wouldnt let me return it when I was in the exact spot. My location services and everything were turned on. Had to sit there for a long time on hold on the phone just to make sure U haul knew the trailer was returned so I wouldnt be held liable for anything once it was dropped off. Needs big time improvements

The drop off was originally a pain as its not clear on the process using the app or website. The GPS kept showing i wasn't at the drop off location when I clearly was, so I couldn't finish the drop off with the app or website properly as it was after the store hours & no one was available to help. I called the customer service number & they couldn't do it for me either & said I had to wait until the business opened again. I also didn't know i needed the keys to finish it until I talked to someone about the situation as i had put them in the drop box by this time. So... clearer instructions & accuracy on GPS would be greatly beneficial to the customers. Im glad the drop off site closed out the rental for me when they opened & didn't charge me extra because of the headache I had trying to do it myself when I dropped the unit off 2 days prior. So thanks for that, it was a huge relief.
ZABRINA Swhen returning the equipment after hours, what is required in plain English, "the readers digest version". other than this, it was an overall excellent experience.

KELLY AThis was a 6 x 12 cargo trailer and did not have a tongue jack to elevate and lower hitch. It had to be manually lifted on and off receiver which is ridiculous given the size and weight of the cargo trailer.

DAVID SWhen I returned to drop off the Uhaul the night before it was due, there was a man hanging around the trailers, I was concerned because that was not usual, the area where the keybox is is very dark and there needs to be a motion light so I could put the key in the key box, but even if there was a light I probably would not get out due to the odd behaviour of the man. The guy was hovering around the property, he looked like he was yelling at the cars driving buy. I was concerned, phoned the police they were busy out on calls, so my daughter had to talk me through until the police arrived. They waited till I put the key in the box. Then spoke to the man and asked why he was there. I was very nervous, especially in this city.
JAYNE STrailer that I rented had some lights out & also 1 tire had broken belt or was severely out of balance, making it difficult to keep cargo in place even with tie downs.
