Trailer was clean, but the tires looked like they needed replacing, one tire was low on air

Then she procedes to ask for my name, pulls up my name and said ypu here for truck pick up? She sould of asked for my name to begin with and then she would see I am here to get uhaul truck. Will never rent from there again!

Kerby WI would say it all there fault as it more of uhaul online booking fault. I book a 9x12 trailer last Saturday, just to show up and them say sorry it was double booked too bad. I called in to uhaul which gave me the guarantee of $50 back then while on on the phone with uhal rebooked again for following Saturday. Showed up to pick up trailer just to find out that its been double booked again. I got it this time but 2 double bookings in a row that crazy.

Jason CRented a 12 x 6 dual axle trailer. Reservation, Check-In and Check-Out were perfect. Trailer was clean and towed perfectly behind my truck. The price for an 8 hour rental was quite reasonable. Was able to rent moving blankets and purchase shipping tape. 5+ Stars all round for both Sunrise Small Engine and U-Haul for the equipment.

Irene LHad a terrible time trying to return the trailer through the app. Ive had nothing but problems with the uhaul app. It thought I was miles away from the drop off so it wouldnt let me return it when I was in the exact spot. My location services and everything were turned on. Had to sit there for a long time on hold on the phone just to make sure U haul knew the trailer was returned so I wouldnt be held liable for anything once it was dropped off. Needs big time improvements
Spencer MThe drop off was originally a pain as its not clear on the process using the app or website. The GPS kept showing i wasn't at the drop off location when I clearly was, so I couldn't finish the drop off with the app or website properly as it was after the store hours & no one was available to help. I called the customer service number & they couldn't do it for me either & said I had to wait until the business opened again. I also didn't know i needed the keys to finish it until I talked to someone about the situation as i had put them in the drop box by this time. So... clearer instructions & accuracy on GPS would be greatly beneficial to the customers. Im glad the drop off site closed out the rental for me when they opened & didn't charge me extra because of the headache I had trying to do it myself when I dropped the unit off 2 days prior. So thanks for that, it was a huge relief.
ZABRINA Swhen returning the equipment after hours, what is required in plain English, "the readers digest version". other than this, it was an overall excellent experience.

So I put my contact information in the mail box and putting the time of return April 04,2026 between 1:30 pm and 2:00pm,I had a challenge trying to get the app.

KELLY AThis was a 6 x 12 cargo trailer and did not have a tongue jack to elevate and lower hitch. It had to be manually lifted on and off receiver which is ridiculous given the size and weight of the cargo trailer.
