DAVID PI had a hitch put on at London location and they gave the wrong hitch pin when I went to pick up trailer found out and they couldn’t lend me one or sell me one at this location had to drive across town to get one then come back wasting 45 mins of my time then when checking back in your self check in instructions are not clear and u misspelled U-Haul in the instructions you had posted on the fence make self check in easier should be scan a QR code take picture of trailer done
Mike RWhen we got to the location and loaded the car we were picking up, we found one of the straps was almost completely gone but it was in the ratchet so you could not tell until we undid the ratchet, luckily I had a strap and strapped it with mine, started to drive and found the trailer had no brakes and was slamming back and forth when braking and taking off, we found a U-haul dealership and they said it should not be on the road, they gave us a different trailer and sent us on our way.
