How U-Haul Reviews WorkDrop off location that was told verbally at pick up was different then the drop off location I was emailed so I had to call to fix this. Also just keep the gas tank to full so I don't have to guess how much gas to put in and give you extra gas.(general U-Haul comment, not store specific)
Luca SStaff was very helpful
william eFirst off, it took me over an hour to get the truck through the app. I was at the location and it was telling me I was not in the rite location. Rediculous. Secondly, I paid for an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck when I picked it up but I was charged for it. Thirdly I was charged extra for fuel after I dropped the truck off when I put it back to when I picked it up. I had to call customer service twice to get everything straightened out. Horrible experience.
Tyler KPerfect no need to improve quality service equipment and customer
