Went to pick up truck. Told employee i had uhaul resevatuon and am here to pick it up. She said what,i said her to pick up uhaul, she said what, i said here to pick up you haul, she said what again, i siad here to pick up truck, she thats better. Then she procedes to ask for my name, pulls up my name and said ypu here for truck pick up? She sould of asked for my name to begin with and then she would see I am here to get uhaul truck. Will never rent from there again!
