I had to clean inside windshield as it was very dirty

CEZARY MWas never informed I had to take pictures of the truck before leaving the lot. Received a text after already getting on the road that I should take photos. I was already working and on the clock. Was blamed for a scratch that was 100% not my doing when I returned and had to pay $150 extra on top of the rental. Don’t think that was fair when no one told me I had to take pictures before leaving. Nor did they come out and take any pictures. I think your policy should be that the person renting the vehicle AND the people who rent them out for uhaul should ALL have to take before photos. Never renting from uhaul ever again.
