Overall, the truck was ok, although not cleaned after the last customer. Clean the inside of the vehicles and pay attention to the details; trash stuck in pockets, stuff spilled on the floor of the truck bed, wipe down the steering wheel, door handles (inside and outside), dash with cleaning agent between customers, etc. The previous truck we rented from Uhaul was in much better condition. Overall, Uhaul is still the best to rent from. Thank you.KASSANDRA B.
When I first made my reservation I was informed that no one would be at the site and they would be a link for me to click on to get the key to the truck I explained I was not real good at technical stuff but I was told it would be easy breezy however it was not when I forgot there I clicked on the link it had me answer questions take all kinds of pictures scanned the back of my drivers license which was hard to do with the position the scanner was in. Then it asked me for an alternate contact number I don't know peoples numbers off the top of my head except for my mothers so I gave her name and number but I did not know you were tried to call her she has dementia and does not remember nor did she know why you were calling if I had known you were going to ask for an alternate number which you could've done when I made the reservation I would've put down a number of someone else. Since she didn't answer the phone I had to give another phone number which I did but the whole procedure started all over I had to retake the pictures oh and by the way I had to walk across to find a truck to make sure it was the right track in the meantime I am standing out in extreme hot weather. I finally ended up chatting with the agent and I asked how long this was going to be as the weather was so hot it was unbearable and I have been standing out there for quite a while at the end of it all by the time I had to put the information in and wait for some approval it was 45 minutes I was soaking wet from the heat and my sweat I thought I was gonna pass out and after all that you included that 45 minute wait in with my rental time I thought that was extremely unfair I think questions for an alternate contact could very well have been asked when I talk to the agent that was making a reservation And since I have rented from you all before I didn't understand this extreme wait after you already took my credit card information That you needed to talk to an alternate contact I was very dissatisfied this time with all of this and by the way I even said in my chat with the person they never chatted me back until I told him I was about to pass out from the extreme heat I was having to stand inKaren B.

It was a little tricky getting the truck out as it was stuck in the ice. Also there was water/slush surrounding the vehicle so got our shoes wet getting into the truck. But, we left our house keys in the truck and they were wonderful helping us get them back! Kudos and thank youJeannene W.

I dropped it off early, on a Sunday and site was closed. There are no signs and because of that I would rate the site as poor because when you are driving a larger truck you need as much information to avoid an accident. Backing up a truck the size I was driving is not a good option. That leads to accidents. The electronic return was poorly designed and difficult to follow. The instructions can be better written including a step that states be prepared with a pen and paper to write notes so that you can use to mark the system when you are ready to check out. I have to make another move so I will explore other options, get quotes.Luis B.

I cannot say that they were bad but I had a 4pm pick up time and they were closed. I was told they were open until 5. When I called the support line they said they should be there it's open until 5 but they had a new hours sign in the door and closed early. U-Haul phone application is hysterically bad. It freezes without fail each time I use it. Gives errors relating to internet connection, BUT I use other applications and Safari seconds before and after using this application and never experienced slow internet or and disconnection with those other applications. When returning the U-haul, I had to complete the Return process on the application 3 times and always received an error at the end of it. Very frustrating as I had to turn the car on 3 times to take photos of the dash and had to open the trunk 3 times to take photos of that etc.Tony V.

I rented another truck a few weeks ago from another location in the area. I will return to the prior location next time. Someone was there to help compared to the location of latest rental where no one was there. Truck did not have ball hitch when I picked it up, which was a disappointment. So I had to rent from for a local equipment rental company at an extra charge.robert H.

Hire more customer service reps. Had a question and called support and was on hold for over 15 minutes. Then tried chatting with someone and waited for over 5 minutes. Gettting approval on the 24/7 rental process took another 15 minutes. This is way too long for a process that was said in the video to take only a couple of minutes. Would not recommend this process to anyone if it takes this long to do. Also, the furniture dolly that was reserved was not on the truck.paul P.

Total disaster!! Pads were thrown in truck like dirty laundry. Tape in pads from previous move, I had to pay my movers to remove, garbage in truck. Pick up location changed, notifies late afternoon 1 1/2 days ahead of time, claiming internet reservation system not accurate!! Will never use UHaul again.Kumberly P.
The whole experience with Uhal was horrible, but not necessarily the pick up location. Our reservation was comoletely messed resulting in us not getting to size truck or pick up location we anticipated. This also resulted is in having to make multiple trips, which also wasn't anticipated. We were advised by dispatch that we would receive a $50 credit for the initial errors and all we needed to do was call after picking up the truck. After being on hold for 30 minutes to speak with someone I was informed I needed to call back because they couldn't process the credit until the truck was returned. Needless to say after all the errors the $50 credit wasn't equivalent to the additional hassle I has to deal with on an already stressful day. Definitely will not be recommending Uhal to anyone!!Dominick R.
