The truck we picked up was the dirtiest I've ever seen. The entire cab of the truck was covered in dog hair and the dash and passenger seat was also covered in something sticky. It also smelled like a wet dog. Having an allergy to dogs didn't help. When we got home we tried to blow out as much dog hair as possible but there was so much coated under the seats we couldn't get it all out and I didn't want all that in my home vacuum cleaner. Every cup holder and crevis was layered in dog hair. Absolutely disgusting.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was fine, truck was clean
Ramiro GThe uhaul app is fine except you fail to mention you must have someone as a backup as part of the process and they must answer the phone to acknowledge themselves as your backup or if they have a balance or alert with Uhaul you can't rent the truck unless you elected a person who does not have an alert and that answers while you're waiting at a virtual location in the cold. Shame on you, was told it's streamlined and simple. It's not that cut and dry.
