The uhaul app is fine except you fail to mention you must have someone as a backup as part of the process and they must answer the phone to acknowledge themselves as your backup or if they have a balance or alert with Uhaul you can't rent the truck unless you elected a person who does not have an alert and that answers while you're waiting at a virtual location in the cold. Shame on you, was told it's streamlined and simple. It's not that cut and dry.

FRANK RThe apps find my location didn't work for my self check in process. There was no QR code that could be scanned. I needed to use the help section.
