The first girl who helped me when I arrived was super friendly, however when I returned, another man was helping me and when he checked the condition of the unit he came back with a pile of garbage that he threw at me to throw it away, I explained to him that it was not mine and that it had been in the unit before I used it and the first girl when checking with me did not detect it; additionally when leaving with the unit a few minutes later the empty gas tank light came on, I had to urgently deviate my route to refuel and I was not reimbursed for the expense, knowing that I left it with a quarter of a tank
Luis MIt took over 30 minutes to get the lock unlocked from the back of the truck. (Employee told me the lock combination was ROCK and tried over and over again but another employee had to come out and told us that it was BOLT)They do not prioritize Uhaul customers but their own store customers - I had to wait longer to get the keys. The employee showed me an error screen regarding my booking and said I cannot rent the truck - I had to tell him to refresh the screen then it worked. There were garbage left inside the truck on the passenger's side. I did fill the fuel to the previous level but it did not match with the system so I was charged $23 more when I should not have been charged. This location and their staff are not equipped to rent Uhaul trucks.
Chi HI asked the lady who gave me the keys that do I have to fill gas in the truck, she said that it is already covered in the milage and I do not need to do that. When I didn’t fill the gas then she charged me about $75 for that. That is NOT the kind of deceptive service I recommend for any customer as it also tarnishes your reputation.
Ishpreet SDidn’t have requested equipment, fule light was on, probably wasn’t inspected before renting it out there was sun glasses and stuff left inside the pick up location card machine wasn’t working so had to waste half her-1hr to go atm
DYSON BI drove the truck for 13 miles, but they charged me for 18 miles. I took a picture before starting to drive and after returning the truck but they didn't listen.
SAJJAD RThe staff on hand were not trained to handle the truck rental. By phone, the contract was completed. One staff member was VERY helpful with as much as she could do - standing in the rain, helping me to get the photos in my phone.
BEVERLEY NFound it not obvious that it was a Uhaul retailer. Service was very slow. Took me at least 1/2 hour to drop off the vehicle. Had to park behind the building and walk around almost the whole perimeter of the large building to get back to the front door because the closer yard gate was locked. Also no indication of where to park.
Dan MI’m really angry and disappointed. The cargo van’s exhaust was broken, and it made a terrible noise. When I went to pick it up, I mentioned it to the staff member there, and she already knew about the issue but did nothing to resolve it. The whole experience was frustrating, and now I have a bad headache because of it.
AMIRHOSSEIN PA little more training for pick up. It took almost An hour to get out of that place. Nothing was ready and we had to go through the whole rental 3 times.
Tabitha FRated as 24/7 drop off location but then we managed to set off an alarm returning the truck, poorly signed, hard to find Didn’t interact with personnel so the ‘no’ rating does not reflect poor service on their part. We didn’t go into an office either
HILARY Cwoman had no idea what she was doing we were simply told our reservation wasn't there she left us to figure it out ourselves on HER computer and our reservation was right there we ended up taking whatever they had which was more expensive and 2 hours after our reservation time couldn't even return the key as there was no key deposit box worst experience
JUSTIN KLady was not helpful and rude, does not anything about her job. ignored whenever we asked questions. kept on saying she’s busy. overall poor characatrr and work ethic.
karen mUnderstaffed - run out of a retail shop. Couldn't get the equipment recorded as dropped off the day it was dropped off. I had to call back and do it over the phone the next day.
Christopher F1.If used gas can be paid instead of fill back would be convenient for customer. 2.It is better to let clerks get familiar with the process, or at least make it easy for customer to hand over. 3.I received 2 receipts, which the first one is incorrect. I replied email and got no response, the next day made a phone call, then later got the 2nd correct receipt, but no explanation at all. Just wonder if I didn't complain, then the 2nd receipt would never come?
ZHENHUAN Z1.5 hours delay in getting the truck from the scheduled pick up time. Equipments ordered were not in the truck. Staff are poorly trained.
