The vehicle was apparently self-checked in and not double-checked as there was trash in the cab and grass and dirt in the box I recommend double-checking every vehicle after it's returned. Few people today are self-policing. The brakes are squeaking a little.

7/14/2020 - Wanting to take every precaution for Covid-19, I completed truck rental reservations online last night. When I got to the rental location--- 1. Your website wouldn't work.--- 2. Even though store clerk already had my information there I had to submit it all over again.--- 3. The TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE part: During my 10 minutes at the counter the woman who appeared to be the proprietor there was back and forth speaking directly to me and other customers WITHOUT a mask. All of the 7 or 8 customers and other store employees were wearing masks in keeping with the current "Sumner County order requiring face masks, coverings to be worn in public starting July 7". So look, guys---I'm 71 years old--I made every effort to make minimum human contact while renting your truck---Instead I spent ten minutes standing at the counter while the person in charge appeared to very deliberately be flaunting her unmasked face. This establishment sells all kinds of pro-Trump merchandise and that is surely their own business and prerogative . When they're breaking the law and endangering U-Haul customer's lives, it's YOUR business mine. I would like and expect to receive a communication from U-haul advising me that you have taken the action needed to correct the very real danger to U-haul customers.

Let's face it. The weak link is U-Haul, not this retail location. There's nothing quite as much fun as filling out the paperwork online then getting to do it all over again at the retail outlet. U-haul sucks.

I had ordered a 10 ft vehicle, but they said Uhaul did not send one to the site, so they gave me a 15 foot for the same price. Other than that, it was a pretty seemless rental.

Thev UHaul link would not recognize my location when I returned the truck even though locations was turned on in my phone. A little frustrating. I finally just gave up and dropped the keys in the lockbox.

The U-Haul was dirty even in the bed of the truck. The seats have debri in them. The cup holder had bits of tobacco and it smelt like cigarettes and I have asthma.

The lady who helped us was so pleasant and friendly! It was a great experience! I had reserved the truck from another location but they didn't even answer the phone for several tries and when I finally did get an answer it seemed I was an inconvenience. TN Flea was friendly, accommodating, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

First, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. They let me leave my car in the parking lot while I used the U-Haul truck to move a few things in town. Second, the access in and out of the business was easy and not so tight like a lot of other U-Haul dealers. Highly recommend!

I did the online to get my vehicle and they give it to someone else. They gave me another vehicle but it took 30 minutes.

Uhaul website should give better instruction on 24/7 process. Was not told to use app (not the uhaul.com/order as indicated on wesite) to pick up truck. Wasted 45min of labor because couldn't pick up truck. Had to speak to 3 people before I was told it must be processed thru app rather than uhaul.com! This rating is for Uhaul not the pickup site!

The TN flea company was great and very accommodating. On the other hand, the main office in Madison tried calling and saying we had to go from a 20 to a 15 ft truck.

.79 cents a mile plus daily charge is ridiculous. I paid $1300 for a 2 day rental. Budget is much more reasonable. I rent a lot of trucks, this is by far most unreasonable.

Had to drive out of my way to pick up a truck because the one I had scheduled was not there: showed up at 10:00 to pick up our truck. Didn't leave until after 11:00 because they had no idea where the keys were, no idea if it was the right truck, also did not go over the damages of the truck before I left.

TN Flea Mall staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Offering 6 pads and dolly with the 15ft truck was a great bonus! I recommend TN Flea Mall for U-Haul service and will definitely use their service again soon!

Call the 800- U-Haul # because I received a text the day before that I needed to confirm my appt but the phone number provided in the text was incorrect. Stayed on hold for 18 mins listening to a loop message about customer service, after the call was answered no one understood why I received the text and indicated I should have received an email from pickup location. After 22mins my issue was resolved.

Attempted to drop off trailer where I had been told. When I arrived I was told they didn't have room and I had to go to another location. When I got to the next location, they said they didn't have room either until I asked about an empty spot I saw. They said okay to leave it in that space. I did not feel I should have been moved around since I had gone where Uhaul instructed. No help at either location to hook up or drop off. No one even went out to the trailer while I was there at either location.

Provide something to lift the trailers with to the facility. Having to lift those heavy trailers is not good for business.

Folks at the TN Flea Mall were very busy, but tended to me quickly and got me out. Note - FFT: The trailer is quite heavy and does NOT have a jack to raise/lower. Luckily i had a floorjack and got it done, but if i were unprepared or smaller in stature it would be a tall order getting it done alone.
