It's not really the location that's the issue. The U-Haul app check in process is horrible. Took over 20 minutes after being thrown out of the app 3 times. Brutal experience. Having to prove references is ridiculous as well.William H.

At first the employee (don't remember his name) was otherwise uncooperative and incompetent of helping me. I called in my reservation and received my confirmation email. I went back into the store and our check in pin number code for key box, we did not receive. Employee Bryan was able to help us and was very good to keep up with the paperwork and phone calls to corporate, because our contract was still pending in the system and needed a Supervisor to push forward. Another couple wanted to rent the truck, but they couldn't get through the website or phone reservation hang ups, so they rented Lowes truck. The whole process took me/us all 3 hours and we received the key and truck. I guess I understand why they don't like u-haul customers, because if paperwork doesn't go through or walk in customers or customers don't get their pin code number for key box, they can't work on cars. The truck I got was the best truck I have ever rented from u-haul, clean, great air conditioning and ran very well! Thank you!wendi B.

The ratchet straps were so rusted and unmaintaind we could barely use them had to add our own straps to secure the carart T.
First I would like to know how much you finally charged my credit card, My hours were not seven, I asked for 5, didn't take 5 hours or 75 miles.... I was quoted $109.00 what was the final bill.Mychael R.

I was to pick up at 8:00 am. The Uhaul representative didn't get there till 9:00 am, an hour late. Packing blankets were not folded and in a pile in the middle of the floor and he only had 11, not the 12 I had ordered.James L.

Your "text/email" system is a pain and base awkward. If your going to have people use phone/camera/text/email for checking in ? Be smart enough to tell them that up front not at the end or in the middle.David V.
