I would give this location a 4. I gave it a 1 to get your attention. The Uhaul renting experience was a disaster this time around: 1. The location on my reservation sent me to a different uhaul. 2. I had to buy an uber to get over to the different uhaul because my ride was gone before I got there. 3. I received the truck with 1/4 of a tank. Not knowing how many mpg the vehicle burned I filled the tank and only ended up burning 3/8 (approx $80 loss) 4. When I dropped off the uhaul, the return process website failed mid process 4 times before I gave up, took my pictures on my phone, and dropped the keys in the drop box. 5. I received an additional $20 charge for after hours drop off. I suspect because the website wouldn't let me finalize my return. 6. When I called customer service for help I must of gotten a hold of the wrong department because she said she couldn't do anything for me. Didn't have time to continue to hold so I hung up. Overall, it was a pretty bummer move...

The location was closed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, but the gentleman who worked there still helped us get our vehicle and go through the process. He was friendly and really nice. We appreciate his level of service and would recommend him to anyone.

The check in took forever. They did not give us the equipment that we rented. The parking lot is a mess and you can't even get the truck out of it without a worker for fear of hitting another car. The gas tank was not full. Tried to call to get the moving blankets and dolly I requested but couldn't get through to uhaul.

The rate I was quoted via the portal and my final bill were vastly different. Feels like I was bait and switched. Will be awhile before I ever use U-Haul again. I went over my 4.2 miles and it was almost $100 more than I was quoted. You guys suck

When I first arrived to receive my truck it immediately had issues, with lining from the drivers side door falling out as soon as the staff member opened the door to let me in. To make matters worse, I was charged over an extra $90 being told I brought the tank back on empty. Before I left with it, it had a little over a quarter tank, and I put gas in it before returning it to make sure it was at the same level. Because I didn't take a picture of it, they continued to take advantage of the fact I was a young kid and didn't fully understand what I should do to avoid being scammed. On the receipt itself it tells you how many miles you drove in the truck (I drove 7.2 miles). Because I was in town moving and hardly had any driving involved, unless your trucks had the worst mileage known to man it wouldn't even be possible for the tank to be on empty after driving 7 miles. I am unbelievably disappointed in the greed and lack respect for the customers from this company. NEVER again will I rent a uhaul or EVER recommend this company as a whole to anyone ever!! I will spend the extra money to have a company like 2 men and a truck do my stuff from now on because this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. Honestly just an embarrassing look for this company.

This return location, charged me for gas after I stopped 1 mile from the drop off location to refuel the truck. Also charged me a cleaning fee when truck as clean when returned. Had less than 24 hours to move furniture. Place is dishonest. I disputed with credit card. Shame on Team Motor Group!!!

When I arrived the manager told me that there was a cleaning fee of $25. When I told him that the dirtiness of the cabin was from the previous user he told me that the fee would not show up on my receipt, but it did anyway.

Without entering the truck the man said, "You are going to be charged 25$ for cleaning." I told him I cleaned out the back of the truck and he said that they still needed to clean the windows and possibly clean the interior. I left the interior as I had received it, I was more than a little frustrated that I would get a 25$ charge for cleaning when the mad had not even looked at the truck. Seemed like he was going to get that 25$ if the truck was clean or dirty.

Attendant was friendly but his office smelled heavily of cigarettes, it was uncomfortable standing inside of it. It was a nice day so I cld wait outside while he helped the two customers before me.

The manager arrived late, even though the place was supposed to open at 9. He arrived well after 10am (after we arrived). When we went to return the truck he was not there, even though the store sign was flashing “open.” I had a question about filling up the truck with gas, as it was 1/4 of the way full when I rented it. I filled it up to just under 1/2 a tank and was charged over $100 for not filling it up completely. I was not going to fill it up completely, since I only drove 10.4 miles, and I did not receive the truck completely filled either. I was only able to speak with the manager on the phone because one of the shop workers had his phone number. He said he would take care of it, but I have no idea what that was supposed to mean… The gas issue is still not resolved. I am very unhappy with the service I received, and am in the middle of a dispute due to the gas issue.

There were a lot of hidden fees that I asked the clerk about but he couldn't explain. So I reluctantly paid and checked my receipt to see a $9.90 Michigan fee. And an environmental fee. And separate rental tax. I think you need to put that price on the sign, the 19.99 signs are a joke nobody pays near that. No reason to be a low level shyster, just be honest! I have gotten over 3 chargebacks and unauthorized charges on my debit card since I rented from you guys last week, I don't want to see anything more from you, that rental was last week. Hopefully the shop gives me a refund on those fees, or there might be some hauls with slashed tires! Haha just kidding but how do I get that $13 or so that was stolen from my card?
