Overall it was a good experience, the van could be a bit more clean, there was some dust and lint. The person at the counter was a little distracted and wasn't clear with usual instructions etc. But all good, everyone is busy. Additionally, after adding miles, the bill seemed a bit too high. 2 hour U-Haul costed me close to $90 minus the gas. Getting a one day rental from airport might be cheaper, so perhaps I will not consider U-Haul for furniture pickup, only for big moves.

I ordered a mattress bag and I never got it. When I asked the clerk for it he said he didn't have it. I tried to call the 800# but it was a 30 min wait. The 5.99 wasn't worth waiting on hold. This location had the trucks so jammed in their parking lot-it was difficult to back out. The clerk did offer to back it out for me but I declined not realizing how tight it was. A simple K turn ended up into a 10 point turn.

This was not my original pick up location. One day before my pickup i was notified my pickup location had been changed and i recieved 30 dollars off my reservation. Morning of pickup they changed my pickup location two times before 1100am. Luckily this location provided vehicle. Moving is stressful as it is to have last minute issues. This is precisely why you reserve things ahead of time.

Could be more friendly. Gas was not totallt full, but it was not possible to check at once we sublit the dashboard image. The difference between the original fuel and the fully refilled gas was not automatically refunded.

Waited with 3 other customers for almost an hour just to pick up a van. Van had maintenance issues that I was told to ignore by uhaul attendant. Van did get the job I needed done done, but next time I'll go to a different location for much better service. No apology was given for the wait, and because pickup was scheduled late in the day at 5:30pm, other waiting patrons said their appointment times were 4:30pm, I chose not to go to another uhaul location.

really out of the way location to drop the truck off. There were other locations much closer to where we were. didnt have anywhere to park the truck and the people working there were not helpful.

The guy running this place is a liar I opted out of getting the rental insurance and he told me he will put it and when I return he will refund me the money he never did and charged me for gas after I put gas in the tank

Had to wait 110 minutes for a pick up. There was no employee present. This is a shared location with car repair shop and repair shop employees have no connection with renting. Was called 3 hours before pick up reminding to return truck early, yet I had to wait in the sun for 110 minutes to get the truck.

This location scammed us out of money!!! I did contactless pick up and drop off but they had us drop the key off to them personally. They tried to get us to pay an extra $50 in cash and was unsuccessful as they could not produce a reciept for said charges. We left with no paperwork or final cost as they said their systems where down. I received an email this morning stating they did a cash refund for the over payment which I never received. So yes the man was trying to scam us to pay him cash and still took our over payment.

My pickup was scheduled for 10 AM. The person that handled U-haul did not show up until 10:30 AM and was carrying a subway sandwich bag. Plus, he didn't even apologize for making me wait and being so late. Obviously, I will not be using this location again even though it's a ten minute walk from my house. Independent of the location, the attempted up-sell for every little thing on the U-haul site is a little ridiculous.

I would have given a full 5 stars because the online transaction was very inconvenient by wasting 30 mins of my time to verify information by asking me 2 types of verification instead of one. After that, I went straight to the teller personally and he took care of me very fast and friendly!

Equipment I reserved was not available when I arrived. Online checkout didn't work. Guy at the counter seemed unsure what to do. Finally gave me a larger truck for same price. Truck was old, dirty, smelly, difficult to drive.

The location is really not good. The android app doesn't work, had so much trouble to just check in to take the U-haul. The representative at the site also could not check us in quick. Had so much issues to deliver the vehicle. Tried calling up the help line number with an hour wait on the line. But was lucky enough that after a long time, I was able to deliver the vehicle. Will not book a U-Haul again and won't recommend it to others as well.

I'm not sure I will ever use U-Haul again after today. First, I get to my original location where I wanted to pick up the truck instead a minute before arriving I find out I have to go to another location. That location was 20 mins additionally out of my way after already driving 15 mins. Then later on, I get a phone call says I have the wrong truck. So this entire thing was a disaster.

The truck looked like it was in a recent accident. the bumper was popped out about 5 inches on the driver's side which I had to account for when getting into tight parking spots. will probably not rent from Uhaul again.

The 17' truck battery is bad and unstable when engine completely shots off you can still hear humming noise and cause this morning the truck dead completely… it's a mess and will never rent UHAUL truck👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️

The vehicle that Is received was not at all cleaned inside. There was so much dirt, dust and things that we had to first clean it ourselves before using it. This was very bad. I did not have such experience with uhaul before. Basic cleaning is what is atleast expected.

Van was parked in a location that made it impossible to inspect or enter on the driver's side. Business signage not obvious, compounded by bad sat nav directions (not your fault) meant I just played "I guess this is it" and parked next door. Uhaul app was TERRIBLE and would never recommend. The van reported a low tire pressure, then a problem with the TPMS. One blinker was running at double speed indicating some other failure that I didn't investigate. The guy who accepted the return was Great, give him a pat on the back for being friendly and easy to work with.

I spent 45 min trying to get the car. The app was awful, not loading and/or losing connection all the time. I know for sure it wasn't my phone/network (iPhone 13 and 5G). The car was clean but I had to dispute the status of the car. The bumper was falling apart so be careful and take time to examine your car. The returning was so much better (I assuming the website was less busy). Next time I won't use the option of picking the car with the app, what a pain ! I must say that they call me while I was struggling, so the staff is nice but the app has to improve.

One major issue I had was that the truck was malfunctioning. At one point it was not going above 25 mph and smelling. I had to stop on a bridge with my son which was very dangerous. When I tried to call The office no one answered I had my husband go there and they told him there was nothing they could do.
