We ran into a problem when we went to return. My husband accidentally locked the keys before we could get the photo of the mileage. We waited over 40 minutes on the phone to get a representative to help us make a note on the account that the unit was returned in time. I called the next day and they did refund the late fee, but nobody should have to wait 40 minutes to talk to someone. We were very stressed trying to be sure we were doing the right thing. The rental vehicle while clean ran extremely rough. Sounded as if the engine was missing. Steering wheel was not centered/aligned properly with the front wheels. Recommend separating your question "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?" into separate questions as the vehicle could easily be one or the other.edwin K.

It was an easy process to rent a truck at this location all contact less. However the inside of the truck was filthy. There were cigarette ashes everywhere from the previous driver I'm assuming and the smell was horrible.Anna S.

I don't remember the last time I rented a moving truck but this went as easy as it could have. Doing everything on line was a breeze and they were kind enough not to add charges when I went a couple hours over. Recommend that the storage folks be able to explain charges if an extension is needed and my appliance dolly was not working correctly( tightening lever will break a finger, doesn't catch) but All in all great experience.Chri C.

I returned truck to this location on the same day. I turned in using mobile app and everything worked well. I received a bill for 2.29 which was correct the next day I received a bill at 10:20 am charging me for returning the truck at 5:42 pm. How is that possible when it is not that time yet. I called customer service the lady was nice saw the mistake and said she would have to refer it to the location. I called the location and once again bad service first he didn't know what I was talking about then he said it was a cleaning charge. He claimed that there was foam in the interior but it wasn't when I left it I took pictures and uploaded them, then he said the truck wasn't swept out but we only hauled 1 dresser and a bed we didn't have anything that needed sweeping out. He was rude and hung up in my ear.. Never ever will I use U-Haul again and I'm posting this on my social media pages.James D.

Overall it was a good experience. The truck fuel was not full when I picked it up. It only had close to a quarter of a tank. I had to put fuel in first thing so it cost me more than I had originally planned for in fuel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our closing time got moved up and they worked out a later pick up time. Truck was clean and ran great. So I was pleased with the experienceMichael J.

I was charged for gas when the tank needle said full when I returned it. I even recorded the mileage and the needle showing full. Mileage I was charged was correct but tank showed full.Ambe L.

I had a GREAT experience UNTIL I turned the truck in. First, the fellow leaned out the door and told me to back the truck up and take out the blankets. No problem although it wasn't very warm. Once I opened the office door and put the blankets inside (per his request), he told me I had to fold the blankets and it was in the contract. I had folded them, I always do, but not like they were going into a closet (does that make sense?). When I asked him about it, telling him they were dirty and likely needed to be cleaned off, he said, "Well, you used them, who else is supposed to fold them?" I have never had U-Haul criticize me for anything, until this rental. I almost asked him if I had to sweep out the truck since I used it too. Anyway, just not what I am used to and have used your organization a lot. But I did everything on-line and it saved a lot of time.Thomas W.

The Location didn't have great signage to identify their location on a major street (around back of a larger bldg) and the loud music thumping through the walls from an adjoining dance studio makes it difficult to relay information in person. Otherwise, it was a really good easy in and out place to rent from.Michael S.

I forgot from prior rentals that U-Haul trailers do not have jacks. It makes hooking up the trailer a bit of a chore and you cannot unhook it until unloaded if you need to use your vehicle without it attachedTodd B.
I had repeated problems with the uhaul app!! It would not recognize that I had a truck I was trying to return. Your customer service line kept me on hold for 45 minutes. Another customer finally showed me how to return the truck on a friend's phone by saying I did not want to use the uhal/share appRoger P.

Trouble with mobile pick up GPS said I wasn't at location and I was sitting right in front of building. Truck windshield and windows were VERY dirty, and the transmission felt like it was slipping. Probably the worst u haul rental I have had.DEBBIE M.
