This is an unmanned drop off point; that I’ve used several times, very convenient and appreciated! The yes for were personnel helpful is because I took care of everything at the drop site, and yes it is great that U-Haul trusts their customers to drop equipment off at unmanned destinations; I really, really appreciate that! Bravo! That said, looks like I may be charged for an extra day of travel/use because I dropped it off a couple hours after a due time?. It was my understanding that I could drop off on the final day morning/afternoon, not by an exact time, as this is an unmanned location. As well, I did fold and include the six blankets. And no, there was no one there waiting for this trailer, in fact there was at least 1 6x12 on-site plus several 5x8, and 2 utility trailers, plus a couple of trucks. I am a veteran and staunch customer of U-Haul, and to be charged for dropping the trailer a couple hours past a due time, is a low blow, given there was plenty of rental equipment at the drop off site, and I’ve never had a problem like this, that I can remember over the decades I’ve been a customer. Very disappointing.

Only a helper from Teton Valley Storage who was working on storage containers. He said it was fine to un-hitch and leave. It didn't give me a whole lot of confidence to be honest.
