My experience using the Truck Share 24/7 service was horrible. The website/app would not let me save the picture. Had to call the call center and wait for the office to open to finally process the rental and take the truck. Ran into the same issue and was not able to drop off the key. Had to come in the next business day to drop off. Also, the vehicle was dirty.Renjan B.

Terrible experience both getting the uhaul and it was impossible to return. Location did not answer calls even during operation hours and was closed beforehand.Eliott D.

your system should be able to keep track of what's available and what's not in terms of equipment. As I had booked a truck a week ago and it went through when I did it online. I got a call the next day saying it is not available and was only able to get a cargo van.Arvinder S.
