I ordered a 20' truck and got a 26' truck. I had problems using the truck because it was so big. I was expecting and wanted the 20' because it would be easier to manure. I had to deal with many problems because it is longer, taller and bigger. I didn't pay any more but was surprised by the size.TINA T.

We ordered the truck from Uhaul on Amicks Ferry Road and found out the morning we were picking it up that they didn't have any trucks. They were supposed to call the day before and let us know where to pick up the truck if it was not available at Amicks Ferry Road. They did not help us locate a truck but just gave us the 800 number to call. It worked out ok because the rep at the 800 number sent us to Wessinger Rias location. That was poor customer service because they should have located the truck for us rather than us having to deal with it the day we were moving.Cameron F.

Wher I dropped it off at was perfect. I picked it up from a business we're the gentleman was rude I wanted to walk away but I needed the truck to move my things . The truck was filthy the interior was filthy also stunk the gas gauge was wrong when he parked on a hill witch cost me money. Also this vehicle was over priced especially considering the filth I had to drive in it was horrible to know I paid 160 for one day of use. I felt cheated .Travis E.
The area for the U-haul equipment was a swamp. I parked the trailer in the driveway because I would have gotten mired in muck had I tried to park it in the spot they wanted. There were also a bunch of other U-haul locations that I could have dropped off the trailer and I wasn't given that option.Stephen W.
Area where the UHaul Equipment is stored is a Mud Pit! My truck almost got stuck. My son and I had to unhitch the 6x12 unit and push it to a safe place just so we could back out of the mud. Trucks and Trailers are parked between trees and standing water & mud. Pitifull!Thomas H.

The ground was extremely muddy and we were afraid we would get stuck If we backed it in to the muddy area so we dropped it off next to the building on dry land and then we were charged $20 for after hours service fee??? I don't think this was right nor disclosed.Ron C.

I had to pull down into mud to bring the trailer back. The main issue I have was the in-app prices were no where near total pricing.zachery M.
The truck was not clean. A small amount of dirt, and I would have been more than happy to clean up, but the truck was completely covered with mud across the floorboard. Also I was billed for 24 blankets, but only given 22. This I'll accept responsibility for due to my failure to count them.Michael Anthony D.

Trucks are parked under pine trees, so there were pine needles on the windshield which got under the wipers. The windshield was very dirty inside and out. The cargo light did not work. Believe me, I rolled the button as far up as it would go. Cap light came on, but no cargo box light.JOSEPH L.

The location was close to our home, and it was a nice trailer at excellent cost: beyond that, it's hard to be very positive. I would say to level the lot & gravel the whole area. The lot is just a side yard, uneven & only partially graveled. When I returned the trailer on Sunday the facility was closed, there was a large truck with an attached car mover behind it that was parked & left in most of the free space in the side lot. I had to unhook the trailer on a downslope, which almost resulted in the trailer rolling into a car also parked in the lot. I had to move the trailer to get my car out of the side lot.Christopher G.
In the end I was completely satisfied with U-Haul, but the location on Wessinger Road was not a place I would return. My destination was Newberry, SC and was told if I returned the truck there the fee would be higher, and was never told how much more. I rented the truck for 24 hours yet I was told and my receipt showed that I was to return the truck within 6 hours from time of rental. I was charged for a round trip to Newberry and back to Chapin. By chance I went by the U-Haul facility in Newberry. I was treated with the utmost care and respect. The owner at Newberry phoned in to the regional manager, explained the situation and actually reduced my bill from the location in Chapin. In the end I was very satisfied. Thank you U-Haul.Judy W.

Trailer was not properly checked over from previous customer. Lights did not work properly and the employee was not able to furnish me with a unit that did work properly. I had to unsafely use the trailer for 7 hrs, 4 of them in darkness. Employee acted as though he didn't care,he even had me go out by myself,to hook it up. Very unsatisfied.Thomas S.

I did not realize that I was given the insurance. Which I did not want or need till after I took the truck and looked at the receipt. I wanted it cancelled and I was not allowed. You need to be more flexible and better accommodate mistakes which cost me more moneyJoseph C.

This location was super close and convenient for me to drop off. The man in charge was nice to let me leave the trailer in front and told me he would move it to the lot later so my car would not have to get muddy. However I was a little worried as it took several hours for him to check it in before I got a confirmation email. All was well in the end.marla S.
Was looking for a 4'x8' or similar size open top trailer without a ramp. There were none available locally. I believe the closest one was about a half hour from me. Plenty of enclosed trailers and car haulers but not open too utility trailers with a drop tailgate.Daniel P.

Customer service as far as prompt service, was good. I was able to get in and out quickly. However, This location didn't have the moving blankets I had rented. Once I got the truck home and opened the back I found ants all over. I had to spray the truck before we could start loading it. Cab was filthy and when driving to our location the ants began coming out again.Robert B.

The pick up location was moved. We didn't notice the change in our confirmation letter so went to the location where we had made arrangements. Caused an more than an hour delay. So maybe you should give a call when the location is changed.Robert W.
