Nice people, a cleaner windshield would be good. Better explanation of the daily insurance rate. The $56.00 quote was two days not one. Caused me to check with other UHaul places. I was very concerned about how to drive a 26 footer. It would have been nice to get a little reassurance as I pondered it a lot. It turns out to be easy drive. The uhaul website had two good articles that were reassuring. The left mirror was too stiff to adjust needs some repair attention.jim R.

The person who owns this location has an extremely bright attitude. Since shop is closed on Sunday, we just dropped off the truck & put the keys in the drop box. The next morning, the receipt for delivery of truck was in my email box.Amy S.

This is the one U-Haul business I don't mind returning to. They are always friendly and the trucks are always in good shape. Their always have what I need, the parking lot is ample and service is great.Marilyn W.
I declined the $10 insurance from U-Haul when I booked online, but when I went to pay, and questioned the total, they told me the insurance was required. Oh well. I literally drove the truck 18 miles for what I needed it for, so $45.00 was a little high.Walker W.

The price of the u-haul wasn't bad but 99 cents a mile for me too use it in town was way too much. I only had to move my things 3 miles and it cost more to travel then it did to rent the truck. I think that to much.DANETTA B.

I used 123 miles and was charged for over charged over $450 for 1,000 plus miles I did not use, because both the pickup and drop off locations recorded the wrong mileage. Moving the decimal place one over on the mileage resulted in this overcharge, which neither the pickup or drop off locations caught. Now I have to deal with a district U-Haul manager to get a refund. Never will I use U-Haul again.JACK C.

Uhaul web site took long time to load throughout truck return process which I did myself because location was closed. Eliminate scenic photos from website so it will load faster. We don't care about anything but getting through the process as fast as possible because people are waiting for us.Mark H.

I had the worst experience ever using uHaul. I reserved a vehicle online almost 2 weeks prior to needing it. I called to confirm that my order had gone through twice. I paid in full in advance. I ordered a dolly and other equipment to help with the move. The company called two evenings before I was scheduled to pick up my truck. They had moved my pickup location to an hour away from where I lived due to â€œlack of available trucksâ€ even though I already reserved and paid for one to be used at my location plenty of time in advance. They also made me pick it up a day before I needed it. After I drove an hour to pick up the truck at the new location a day in advance, my truck was not there and the pickup place was closed. I guess they decided to close shop early. After 3 frantic phone calls where I was told no trucks were available, I called the company one final time and they found me one at a separate location. I picked it up only to find that the equipment I had ordered and paid for were not in the truck. By this point, it was after hours and no one was available to give me an appliance dolly. Uhaul really screwed me over by making me drive 2 extra hours, pay for all of that gas, and not providing the equipment I needed to move my heavy furniture. All of this should have been a stress free and simple process, but I needed up paying so much more on top of what I already reserved and paid for in full scheduling the reservation. I am very unimpressed and upset about my experience.Wakely B.

Assure that a reservation made is a reservation kept. I made one at a location in Stephenville, where I live, a couple of weeks before my intended moving date. I got an email confirming my reservation. I got another email 2 days before my reservation date saying that it was to be changed or canceled. For no reason. I had to scramble and find another truck to use for my date, and the closest one was an hour and fifteen minutes away from me. Brittany was extremely helpful, but this should not have happened to me. I should not have had my reservation suddenly canceled and had to scramble to find another truck. Unacceptable.Zach Z.

Let them know that there is an additional charge if you don't check the truck in on your phone. If I knew ahead of time, I could have gotten one of my grandkids to help me with it as I am not that techy. The rental was for their move anyway, but getting home late at night, then noticing the message on my phone was intimidating. Other than that, everything was good.MARILYN W.

I put everything in my phone as directed however the internet kept causing issues... however I was charged extra 20$ for someone to check the equipment in the next morning?
