It looks like a small business that subscribed to every little business they could think of FedEx UPS USPS DHL, metro tmobile… ect and after all that after I scheduled my pick up over a month in advance I get there and no one is at the store and my trailer is not even in the parking lot.

Tammy CI arrived at 10 a.m., as my reservation said. Store closed. I contacted the proprietor who told me she didn’t know I had a reservation (lie). Contacted U-Haul who ‘told me she had the reservation 3 days ago. She showed up at 10:40 a.m., and had an attitude. It took 25 more minutes to get checked out, despite that I had already checked in online. Truck had not been cleaned, windshield was dirty. Awful experience. It put me more than an hour over schedule and I waited….and waited.

BEVERLY WNo one at this location and sign on the door stating the power was being turned off due to non payment. Contacted the location where we picked up trailer and they handled problem.

javier MWhen I was asked if I want to do it one-way or return the truck, I told the person to return the truck because I wanted to take my friend back. It could be better if the person explained me about the different charge for one-way and in-town move. Didn't have to spend that 100 dollars extra while I could just pay 30 more dollars to do it one way which was definitely easier for me.
