Change nothing! I believe the shop owner said his name was Neil, but I was so fascinated with his little counter buddy, a spotted lab named Lucy. The 2 of them were an awesome pair and I wish they were more local to me so I could pick up my u-haul equipment with them every time. Such a great experience!Timothy D.

Update your app. Doesn't work anywhere. Just wastes time. If it wasn't for the owner to come around to help out, I don't think I would've ever gotten my U-Haul. Not to mention this is the second U-Haul in which the AC cut off in the middle of the tripMichael B.
Truck was old and ran rough. I had to drive the whole trip at 45 because it would shake so bad over 45mph. Very bad experience with uhaul. *location was fine and personnel was very nice and helpfulCrystal B.

The issue I have, I reserved a 15' truck but the day of my pickup they switched my reservations to a 10' truck. This was disturbing because I had to make multiple trips resulting in more miles and more gas in which I u-haul charges for. This was very unsatisfying and bad customer service. I think more could have been done for this inconvenience..Demetrius C.
The pick up and drop of guys were great and everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful. However I ordered a 5x9 trailer the first time through 1-800 uhaul. I was sent to a location to pick up a trailer that wasn't there. I then had to call again and couldn't pick up a trailer from another location (which was this location) until the next day, putting me a day behind on my schedule. Even though I wasted time picking up a ghost trailer I have still been charged $90 for a 5x9 trailer for a one way trip, with no effort to make it right so far. Overall good experience with staff and locations, not so much with being charged full price after wasting who knows how much $$ in gas and time finally getting the trailer.Robert D.

The store looked like something out of a scary movie. Cluttered and poorly kept. Dead animals around the register and all types of just â€œstuffâ€ all over the place. When we arrived.We stood in the door for a few mins waiting for someone to assist us. A young lady finally put her broom down and walked over to us. She was unable to check the truck in after several attempts. We started to notice her demeanor was slowing declining. She was nodding, her facial expressions were long and mouth started to slowly open. Her speech started to slow down. To say the least we were freaked out and ready to go!!! She attempted to enter mileage at least 5 times, informing me that I had put over 3000 miles on the truck and could owe an absorbent amount of $. Well we had pictures of the mileage in and out. Used 80 miles total. Uneasy and concerned with the way everything were going we just called customer service. Took us 10 mins at check in..3.5 hours to check out.Natasha C.

Contract showed fuel was full however because the Packers were at the house I didn't check the fuel gage until moments after leaving the facility and the fuel was just over 1/4 full. Had to fuel the truck to get to new house. Fueled vehicle to more than I received it and was charged $72.00 fuel charge. Unsatisfactory!!!!!CRAIG O.

The lady sent us 45 minutes out of our way for a truck that basically didn't exist. Then proceeded to put us in an overly large uhaul that we didn't reserve. It cost us nearly double in gas to make it to our destination. And set us back almost a whole day.. It was an all around awful experience. Really made me consider using a different option when we need to move again.Angela T.

The GPS keep bringing us to the adjacent corner for drop off and the Honeycutt sign was covered. We struggled for a bit to find the correct drop off. We finally asked the Market across the street. So maybe a better sign saying it is a uhaul drop off site.Gretchen D.
Staff was friendly, however the inside of the store was extremely cluttered and may be offensive to someone not familiar with the area or the culture and region in this area. Store needs to be cleaned on more organized for a more anesthetically pleasing experience.Bryan L.

I had called the toll free uhaul number and made a reservation. When I came to the store for pick up. The clerk talked me into a cheaper deal. I explained to him the mileage I will be driving. He gave me an additional 60 miles at a cheaper rate. Need I say. He took advantage of me. I got charged for double the mileage @ .99 per mile. I will never ever rent from that man again at the Gettin Place.rebecca B.

The store owner and assistant was awesome, both very friendly and personable. I enjoyed my time during my initial check in. They even took a few extra minutes to walk through some of the most common types of damage they see to help me avoid it my self. The store assistant was very thorough on the initial inspection and patient while I walk the truck a second time to double check that all previous damage was recorded before I accepted responsibility for the truck (I could not find anything that she did not already make a not of). I ordered a dolly and and the agent acknowledged the request. I drove to my destination and discovered it was not provided. They vendor does NOT represent your company very well I will never return to that location nor offer any recommendations.Tommy B.
They made getting what I needed for my move very easy. They worked with my schedule to make sure that I had the truck when I needed it. I must admit that this was the first time that I had ever rented a truck that had just enough fuel to get to the gas station. This was not a problem, just different.Gary B.
It was not the location that was the problem. The owner of store had issues with her computer. When she called the district manager CEASER he was very very unprofessional. He hung up on her 2 times. Made her cry by fussing at her and when I got on phone to have to give him my information 4 continuous times he kept putting me on hold. Not one did he give me my total I was to pay. I was under the impression I was paying 29.99 and he charge me 127.09 for the rental. After i was able to look at my receipt because it was email to me due to computer malfunctions the stair had closed. I called on 03/03/2019 at approx 1145 to make a complaint on the district manager CEASER FOR HIS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR TOWARD ME AS THE CUSTOMER AND HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS HIS STORE DEALER. what the customer is charged should be told up front. Not assumed the customer knows. And when I made my reservation it was for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived they had me down for a van and trailer. I am very very dissatisfied as a repeat uhaul customer. Complaint number 213-7057. I was informed there is a 72 resolution periods and I am awaiting a call from Chris Smith 9198970545Tabatha C.

I was scheduled to pick up the truck on Saturday and called on Friday to confirm. They didn't have my order on file although I had received an email to pick up there. They assured me they would have a truck for me. When my son went to get it, the person working knew nothing about it and he had to do a new reservation in his name. Thankfully there was a truck there. This was the third time that my pick up location had been changed. Don't plan t ok do business with uhaul again.Sandra P.
