Second time in 2 years that I've used this location and I've been pleased overall both times. Reserving van online was easy, as was in-petson check-in and key pickup. I did have some struggles with the app, as I was turning in after hours, but did not encounter any issues with the processing of the rental or the final receipt. A big thanks to this location for making this so easy during an already stressful (moving) time. :)

Trevor BThe full price of the rental is not disclosed. It as advertised as “rent this vehicle for $19.99 per day,” and the fine print says plus fees and taxes. It would be a more ethical business practice to be up front with the pricing. Our two hour rental cost $92. That is a far cry from $19.
Joshua KThe had trucks randomly all over blocking the main entrance gps takes you to the location. Super dangerous almost caused an accident bc I was only was only able to pull half way in without knowing until it was too late. My truck was due at 430 I arrived at 445 but had to reverse out and circle the block. I also lost 30 minutes of my time with the truck due to having to clean it out. I was then charged $60 for an extra day use PLUS insurance when i was in the lot 15 minutes past due date. 100% unprofessional. I have bight used Hal’s and rent about 10 a month and have never had an experience like this. Please contact me or just refund that bogus charge from that bogus uhaul location.

Brett WNothing to do with the location. The truck was new and clean an drove well. Would be nice if equipment supported Bluetooth and/or USB connection so that it would be easier and safer to use to map navigation.

MICHAEL PEveryone was super nice and welcoming but the corporate U-Haul site took forever to load (much like when trying to leave this feedback) and it took like 30 minutes out of our rental period.
Emily LOne of the staff members was rude/aggressive. Uhaul app was extremely slow/did not work. Had to sit in the lot for 20 minutes for the mobile pickup. Had to call the help line, didn’t get to complete the mobile pickup and upload pictures of the vehicle because app didn’t work. Lot is too small anyways, there isn’t a good spot to get far away enough from the vehicle for all photo angles requested.

DONNIE LEverything was how I hoped it would be. I wish I could have been more knowledgeable about the insurance options.
RICHARD PWet and snowy picking up truck. Employee brushed snow off of windshield but left 1/4” of ice. I had to go back in and ask for an ice scraper. Ice scraper provided but I had to scrape it myself. In addition, back door and latch were both frozen shut upon arrival at location (2 miles away). Had to use a hammer to knock loose. I also had to remove the large advertising cardboard on the inside windshield. In retrospect, store should have had the truck defrosted and deiced prior to my scheduled arrival. Customer service a bit lacking during this experience. U-haul has an expectation that trucks are returned clean, swept, and gassed up. Customer should have an expectation that truck is ready to go upon scheduled arrival.
