These are U haul problems not the franchise. U Haul changed my drop off location without asked! App and online systems don't make it clear that 24 drop off does not apply to trailers. Opening and closing times not show.Jonathan P.

I ordered 12 blankets. They only had six but cobbled another few used ones together for me. While they said someone came in for 24 blankets before me I feel like they should have kept 12 for me. Truck was clean and in good condition.Chris R.

Reservation was for pickup 12 noon and was told it was rented out to someone else for a few hours and we had to come back at 5pm to pick up. Inconvenience for an out of town like us who wanted to pick up and go. Why schedule pick up times if unavailable..Eric T.

Messy location, felt lucky I made it out without any flat tires. Currently disputing an additional charge that showed up nearly 2 weeks after I dropped it off. Based on this recent uhaul experience I will not be using uhaul again - no fault of this location, just uhaul contract practices in general.kyle H.

No one cleaned truck. I had to sweep Box and didn't know if any one wiped down cab due to cov 19. I wiped it before and after use. Did not have truck I reserved and never received phone call. After fussing they gave a bigger truck at the same price.DWAIN H.

Make sure charge processing system is working. I tried to schedule and pay online and it wouldn't process. Then in store it took 30 min. for processing to finally work.Mark R.

They were going to send me out without lights for the rental trailer. When I protested, I was told that the connector cable was not included in the rental price, but they could rent me one, but they were out of stock. An employee directed me to an auto parts store where I could buy one. Also, the manager told me that it was their policy not to assist with the trailer hook-up or unhitch when it was returned. They did help with both, but said policy was to let the customer hitch up and disconnect on their own. When the trailer was first hitched, The employee told me it was secure, but the hitch ball was resting below the part that was supposed to go under the ball. Had it not been corrected, the trainer would have jumped off the hitch at the first bump in the road.James F.

They were no expecting me, had I not called for early pickup they were closing by 3pm and my appointment was 4pm. Lady had very little knowledge of what she was doing. Took care of hooking up everything myself.Clifford H.
