The truck wasn't clean when I got it and it was below a quarter tank of gas. Upon returning the truck , there was no drop off box for the key!!!! I'm currently on hold with Uhaul now, the wait is an hour and the wait for someone to arrive at the Uhaul rental place is a an hour.CHIANTE B.

I reserved a 20 ft truck but the gentlemen told me it was out of commission. We had to take a cargo van. Made many trips. 4 to be exact. I might be 5 miles from my old place to new place. They tried to say I went 95 miles. That is impossible. They are trying to put more miles on my then I could have possibly used.THEODORE G.

I had to wait over an hour for employee(only 1 was on site) to return just to give the key because the only key drop box was in a locked security gate that needs a code to enter. And they don't answer the phone. This caused myself & my worker that helped me move time & lost appointments on other business we needed to attend to. Also I got the uhaul at past 10am turned it in by 3pm & yet no money was refunded/pro-rated back to me for turning it in under the 24hr rental period but charged me for extra miles!!!??? NEVER WILL I USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!!TRAVERS S.

The whole experience was wonderful. Booking online is super convenient and efficient. Definitely recommend scanning the driver license to save even more time (great feature!). The van was ready to go when I arrived. Clean with a full tank of gas. Teesha Baltazar was so courteous, friendly and professional and checked me in without delay. Checking out was fast and easy, and Teesha and JaQuana Oliver were there to make it happen. Both were full of energy and very professional, and it was nice chatting with them at the end. Made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this location for the aforementioned reasons. These two ladies definitely made the difference! :)Baron D.

Staff was very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and answered all questions. The inside of the store was very clean. The van itself Could have been a little cleaner in the cabin area...there was visible dust on the dash so I'm not sure how well the steering wheel and seats was sanitized, especially with Covid.Megan M.
