The place opens to late if you are trying to do something early in the morning, by the time you get your equipment and get to your location the days half gone. There should be a rate reduction for equipment if you return the equipment early.Jimmy J.

The hours can be limiting and getting a reply from the on site managers was sometimes a lengthy process. They were nice in person. Just seem a bit disconnected when you try to contact them via technology. I will probably use the location again if needed. No one was there when I dropped trailer. We had to contact a number for access to gate. We was there by 6pm Thursday. I get a call from stoeage telling me my trailer was just received in an I was 1 day late. I asked when did he receive it. He said I just dropped it off. They have cameras everywhere. I dropped it fhe day before on time an clean. And I get a receipt for an extra day use. Not acceptable when the guy who called yesterday at 5pm said he himself just got to work at that time.
