The truck had not been refueled upon pickup. I took a picture of 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Truck returned with more fuel than at pickup.BILLY M.

You can check your tires I had a nail in one of the tire had to wait a hour for roadside to fix it otherwise it's good service at that locationVincent P.
Nothing this location can do. But UHaul needs to hire more phone staff for the 24/7 web pickup line. 45 min to get to someone who transfered me to the "correct number" 45 more minutes later a very nice agent named Cheyenne helped me fix my login and I was able to pickup my rental.Jayson F.

Downside- drop off point wasn't helpful or friendly.So I brought equipment back to original pickup location to avoid any issues.. Was disconnected 8 times- trying to get someone on the 800 number starting @6:45pm. Was given 2 more #'s to try a 833 & 318 still no luck getting a response to change drop off location, etc. Finally got someone around 10:15 pm to at least update/enter comments concerning my issue.Veronica A.

It wouldn't hurt to wipe things down in between rentals. Also to keep up with the maintenance on the vehicles. Ours felt like it had no shocks, and the engine was struggling and sputtering.Lucas S.

I have used the online pick up/drop off twice now, and don't really like it. It takes too much time. I've had issues with it not working, or the approval taking several minutes before I can move on with the process. It really is inconvenient when I have a time restraint. I believe there can be some improvements there. Thanks!Tramaine W.
The only issue I had was with the return of the trailer. The u haul app would not recognize my location after 30 minutes on the phone with u haul and the storage place I was able to return the trailerMark G.

Be sure to tell the person that rents the vehicle about the online check in when returning the vehicle because that was not explained to me and it costed extra to just have the people check it in on the next business day.Katie R.

This UHaul required upload and download of drivers lic. , etc., instead of taking a copy with the copy machine and without a phone with good service this waswn't possible. I ended up wasting too long trying instead of the whole process being fast and efficient as most all my other rentals at other locations have been. workers wer nice and tried to be helpful but system was the problem.William J.
I paid for a utility dolly to use and furniture pads, yet when I got there to pick up my truck there were none in the back end when I got my keys out.Cheyenne M.

The app u have to use to turn in U haul is very hard to use extremely slow & caused me to be charged a late fee when I was never late. by the time o could complete the steps required to get completion of it being.turned in was ridiculous.angie N.

It took about 40 minutes to get us the truck that we had reserved. The person helping us was so slow and asked duplicate questions and didn't seem to know what he was doing and it delayed our move. I had to correct him over some charges and mileage requirements he mentioned because he didn't seem to know what he was doing. It cost of too much time and money to ever use this location again.tina T.
