First you gave my reserved trailer away to a walk in. Luckily there's was another available that uhaul didn't know was on there property. Second the uhaul attendant didn't secure it properly and it came off while loading the vehicle. Causing thousands of dollars of damage. Third, it's been a week since I heard from your adjuster!! The employee in Blanco, Texas was great wish all of them were like her. All of your employers should explain about the unlimited miles and anything over will be charged. I wasn't told I was only allowed 225 miles on the move, must be from one city limits to the other. When I received the truck on the website it says unlimited miles, but again that's not true.JAMES D.
The utility trailer was way too low to safely drive the car. It should not have been given to me in the first place. But they turned around and accepted the trailer back immediately and worked with me to get me a 15' truck. everything worked out perfectly after that. They were really helpfulMichael F.

I rented the trailer on a Saturday and was informed by the agent that the location would be closed on Sunday and to return the trailer before they opened on Monday. I returned the trailer on Sunday but was charged for the late return even though the rental agent told me that it would be okay. I could have returned the trailer on Saturday if needed. I'm not pleased with the extra day charge.Lonnie D.

The on line rate lead me to believe that the rate was $50 per day but it wound up being $140 for a 9 to 5 rental because I wanted to return it to a location less than 200 miles away. In all fairness, they did offer to extend the time for a longer period of time which was not needed in my case but I wound up paying about $17.50 per hour for the rental which was high in my opinion.William I.

Drop off location was great. Service rep was apologetic about the overcharge for the late fee and did what he could to remove it. He was able to remove $40, leaving me a balance due of about $30 which I had to pay and should not have.Joel H.

Pro: U-Haul (corporate) upgraded my reservation from a 20' to 26' truck (due to availability) for the same price of the 20'. Con: Pick-up location charged the higher 26' rate. Contacted U-Haul after drop-off to complain, they issued a review to the pick-up location. After several communications, pick-up location rectified the over charge. Root cause: U-Haul did not have the promised rate in their reservation system, otherwise why would the pick-up location charge the high rate.Darrell P.

The day of rental should be prorated, it counts as a full day regardless of the time of day the rental is made. I was informed that a late fee would be $28 a day at the original site however I was charged the higher $40 a day at the return site. This should be more clear at time of rental.Salvador R.

Provide assistance for customer to unhitch. Let me explain the no's. We were disappointed since we were told to drop the trailer off behind the trucks. Was not an easy task because it was somewhat hard with a 26' truck. No one to help unhitch it and when I went to ask for help I was told it would be a few minutes. Waited a while and no one showed up. My husband took a steel bar and pushed the hitch up and I drove the truck away. Again not and easy task for a 77 year old man, but we did it.Marguriette P.

Uhaul website was offline and could not get the rental done on time. Had to wait more than 2 hours to get the rental done. Messed up on the turn in date and time. From the very beginning it was understood that I was to turn in the rental on Sunday at 5pm. This resulted in me being charged a additional $40 for another day and $14 for another day of insurance. This was a rip off from the beginning and I demand someone in management call me and make this right. I will never use Uhaul again but will go to Penske for future needs.David M.
