I would never ever recommend the 24/7 pick up. It takes WAYYYY too long. Additionally, you don’t even get a discount to do all the work yourself. Time consuming and expensive! Probably wouldn’t use U-Haul again

TIM C5 minutes after I left the dolly in the truck broke free from it zip tie! I own a heavy duty dolly and did not need the one in the truck! I even took a pic of both Dollie’s together but can’t load it here! I left a note of what Happened and still got charged $7 for dolly use so I’m not happy. That truck rode terribly and any bump felt like a jolt so I’m not surprised the dolly broke free.

Glenda MThe Price needs too be way lower! $400 For a one way plus mileage Is outrageous! I don't care what time in the year it is, I paid $215 back in january for the same truck. Just a few months later it's over four hundred dollars. Ridiculous! Definitely ripping people off.

I went on the other one by me. On 107th and Washington St. Across from Walmart grocery. THAT location is more honest and understandable then this one! I won't ever ever again come here anymore!!

Anthony LStore space was a mess. Adjoining office space was extremely messy and unkept. I wasn't sure I was actually in a U-Haul rental store, seemed more like a pawn shop or souvenir shop. Extremely TIGHT getting into and out of the area to obtain rental. What kept us from walking out was the helpful and kind customer service representative who worked with us. Our original agreement was through the Westminster facility, but they were unable to locate the trailer - telling us the trailer had been stolen from their lot but thankfully the Thornton location stepped up and provided us with the rental we made online. The young gentleman helping us did all he could to be accommodating and had it not been for him, I would have walked out of the Thornton location due to its unprofessional store-front look for a U-Haul business.

Lisa BTruck is in need of tires. One was very low and tread was not good. It did the job, however I was worried about the tire the entire time. The truck was clean and everything mechanically worked great.

VICTOR PSome moving blankets were plastic wrapped but damp inside. Otherwise, very easy and convenient pick up and after-hours drop off.
Lauren RTruck gas amount was 1/8th tank less than stated on contract and I didn’t realize until after leaving the location. I ended up getting charged for additional gas even though I matched the amount of gas that I used on the truck. This location was also full of random items that did not pertain to U-Haul. They had rocks and rings and other trinkets that had nothing to do with storage.
Fernando GI needed a truck and storage facility on very short notice, and this facility had what I needed. Truck was clean, no problems.

Mike SThey didn't give me a 15" and told me it was a 1.09 per mile and charged me 200 miles when I went from 120th and holly to Zang way which came out to 74 miles .I will be calling to speak to someone about this tomorrow. Highway robbery by $100 they are trying to charge $293 not okay

Robert AThis is the second time have rented a car trailer for a trip over 500 miles. Just like last time, I had a tire explode at highway speed, almost causing damage to the vehicle on the trailer. Just like last time, I had to call roadside assistance and wait on the side of an interstate highway for a new tire to be brought to me. Verydissatisfied witht he reliability of the product.
Herb AThe truck struggled to shift gears and wasn't all that clean, but I didn't care; I was only using it to pick up a piano 3 miles away. I am upset because I was charged for the dolly when I didn't go near it. I emailed the location several days ago and no one responded. It is highly concerning that I don't get a response when I am disputing charges. It's only 7 dollars. Rather than pursue it, I'll just make sure that my family and everyone I know never uses this location, or maybe even U-haul, again.

Sandra PWi-Fi was not great at this location if you have Verizon. Just keep moving around and you'll get enough bars to do the after hours pickup stuff.

THEODORE DNobody wants to take blame when it comes to after hrs pickup. I was suppose to pick up my truck after closing hrs. Could not locate the boxes, called customer support only to be hung up on. Did not get truck. When I went back in the morning, they cancelled my truck. When I explained that more directions should be given about the boxes the manager said that’s a U-Haul problem? I also asked why would you not call and ask if I still wanted the truck? He said he just thought I didn’t want it! Really! does he not rent for U-Haul? Long story short I was able to finally get my truck but had to have it back by closing. My rental was supposed to be for 24 hrs. Not 8 hrs. Hopefully I never have to move again. If so I’ll rent from another company.
MICHAEL BIt was very convenient that I needed a storage and thought it would work out but limited storage was available I had to go elsewhere. Pricey units but they were super helpful with questions about uhaul dropping off and fees.
Chelci BThe location was fine but Uhaul's system sucks. I need a truck to move to a new house and have 20 guys showing up at 10am to help. I go to pick up the truck at 9am and they don't have one for me. I have to wait around for the person that had the truck reserved the day before to return it. I also rented an appliance dolly. They didn't have that ready either. They only had utility dollies that weren't going to do me any good. The person helping me felt bad and did everything he could to make this right but Uhaul has been a disaster every time I have ever used them. I guess next time I will just pay a little more to make sure I hit what I reserve. Very unfortunate.
