The trailer we rented blew each tire at different times, we were stranded for hours on end each time waiting for road side assistance. The roadside assistance was good but the first flat we had the guy dripped the trailer with a 30k motorcycle on it from jacking it up in the wrong place. The second guy was fast and got us back on the road. We had him check the first tire that was replaced and it was inflated to 70 psi when the tire itself called for 42 psi. The flats cost us a full business day and I was told I can not be compensated for the loss. That is unacceptable and I will not be using it recommending I haul again.

Edward MI hated that my quote wasn’t honored. I was quoted using the mileage I knew I was going to use (10) and they held funds for 30. I needed those funds for things like food and water while moving on a hot day and I unexpectedly had to figure out something else because of that. Not awesome.

Julienne PA bit of a mix up, got a call kind of late afternoon the gal told me 20' truck is at a different location. So the next morning when I go there a big line of people waiting for the store to Open!! I was very late leaving with the truck to meet up with my moving helpers🧐!!

I ordered my truck online and expected to have it by 8 AM and when I went to go do the online check-in I was unable to check in online so I had to call customer service and she told me that I had to go in and get the key over-the-counter, but then also wait until the place opened for another half hour and then I go inside to get the key and the guy put the key in the lock box and told me to finish my online order so I continue to do my online order and it still made me go inside and request the key from the guy over-the-counter. Just lots of back-and-forth bullshit and it was super annoying. Nothing was convenient about this.
