Great customer service i
Barbara MThis is the second time I rented from this location! The customer service is outstanding! The trucks not so much. The trucks need maintenance done on them. Both times I rented trucks the dashboard lights went on. The first time it was the check engine light and the brakes did not work like they should. I had to press the pedal all the way down, in order to stop the truck. The second truck I just rented the tire light went on that the tire system needed to be checked. When driving a big u haul truck, it makes it very scary for the renter when these lights come on.

Corry PThe truck cab was not cleaned, had stains, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The AC also did not work and we were driving for 16 hours in Texas.
Sheree TThe location staff and trucks are very good. The process to pick up and drop off a truck aia just the app, when not involving a person (i.e., after hours) is terrible, and I will only pick up and return a truck during open hours going forward. But that is a Uhaul company issue, not the locations fault.

Matthew MMake it clear that check in is online. I had to download the app at the location and then go through multiple verification processes which was obnoxious. It would have been a lot quicker to have the option of checking in with the front desk person.

Darryl BPick up and drop off was seamless, especially using the Uhaul app. It should be noted that while trying to get through to an actual person on the phone was extremely frustrating. A customer should not be on hold for 15 minutes and passed from one operator to another!

Gary BIt was frustrating because the process to turn in the vehicle after hours was confusing, and unclear. Still awaiting on a phone call because apparently the payment did not go through. When I called the after hours service, I was informed that I would receive a phone call the next day. Never received one
Nicholas FGoogle maps gave directions to the wrong gate at this location. Difficult to find a place to turn around and go back to the correct entrance. Hopefully, this can be changed and make it easier for the next customer.

I didn’t get their names, but the one that works outside was amazing. Hauling a car and getting the car were customer experiences. The guys took great care of us beginning to end. We would definitely recommend you guys to all of our friends that need car and toy haulers

Krista CThe trailer we rented blew each tire at different times, we were stranded for hours on end each time waiting for road side assistance. The roadside assistance was good but the first flat we had the guy dripped the trailer with a 30k motorcycle on it from jacking it up in the wrong place. The second guy was fast and got us back on the road. We had him check the first tire that was replaced and it was inflated to 70 psi when the tire itself called for 42 psi. The flats cost us a full business day and I was told I can not be compensated for the loss. That is unacceptable and I will not be using it recommending I haul again.

Joseph PTravis who assisted me was wonderful! Unfortunately we discovered a bend in the left side ramp and Travis is aware upon return it did affect getting car on ans off and we were unaware until roadside assistance pointed it out otherwise great experience with this location
