Make sure trucks are clean and not smelling of smoke. Answer the phone when someone calls. Ask if they want the extra days of safe move coverage instead of just adding it!! Stay true to pricing! Cost twice as much as I thought! I wanted the van and they said they didn't have one but there was one on the lot sitting there for three day so I had no choice but to get the bigger more expensive truck. Well played!

The pick up was great, but the truck broke down while we had it. Engine light came on and the truck bucked when in use. We parked it for the night and the next day it wouldnt start the first four times we tried. Finally she did and we couldnt shut it off.. brought her right back short of our goal.

Provide rentals that are road worthy . This location gave me a truck with a leaking power steering pump i had to put 2 jugs of fluid in on my trip. Also the front end is gone the steering is bad all over the road . At times driving i was fearing for my life in heavy hi way traffic. Uhaul turned a move into a nightmare. I took all the info of the truck and sent it to the DOT to have this truck taken off the road before someone gets killed. Where i picked up the truck there were several 20ft trucks and he gave me the worst one. I will never use u haul again .

We booked a truck and a hauler on May 9, 2020, we needed to pick it up the next morning. After booking it online and following all the steps, I called the Uhaul toll free number to confirm the booking. I wanted to make sure everything was completed correcting in the reservation process. It was all confirmed. We were booked to pick up the truck and hauler at 9:00 am on May 10, 2020. We waited until 9:30 ish to contact the Uhaul toll free number because there was no Uhaul representative on site and nothing seemed to be prepared. Around 10:00 am the representative showed up. Apparently he was not made aware of our booking. He was not prepared at all. We were scheduled to be at our destination at 11:00, but due to the late leaving we were late. When the representative showed up he had to remove and install a new tire on the hauler before we could take it. Approximately, 11:00 am, we were able to leave the Rental Pick Up Location. We were already late for our appointment and then we had a 1.5 hour drive to get to our destination. The truck was not filled up, it was only 1/4 tank of gas in it. So because of this we had to make a stop to the gas station before beginning our journey. The beginning of our day was a "rocky start". When unloading the truck we noticed that there was a sign that said $25.00 off for returning a clean truck. So before returning the truck we cleaned out the truck: cab and box. We also sprayed water on the trailer to clean it off. We returned the truck and hauler back to the Rental Drop Off Location at 9:00 pm. When we check out of the Uhaul mobile app and we got our receipt, we noticed that we were not credited for returning a clean truck and hauler. Overall, it was a successful day, we were able to get done what we need to get done. But, I have to say our first Uhaul experience was not a pleasant one. It caused us and the individuals at our destination a lot of anxious moments.

The process was efficient and the trailer was available at the specified time but, the trailer was very dirty. Because of time constraints and location I was using the trailer I was unable to return. I had to clean the unit out myself before using!

Service was incredible. Pickup and dropoff was fast and friendly. My only issues were the lack of winter tires. And the paperwork said the gas hand was just above 1/4. But it was below 1/4. Closer to 1/8. Otherwise, amazing service.

Initial pickup was good. The truck was tidy (not clean, but tidy) After our issues it took a while to get a hold of someone from the dealer to help come up with a solution.

Booked a 10' truck, ended up getting a 20'. Getting told different things by different people. Dirty on the inside. Buddy wasn't helpful and was hard to understand. Paid cash but he still asked for my credit card. Got a surprise charge of $498 on my card. No record of it in the system. Apparently it was a mistake. Make sure you do your own research first.
