Before loading, I noticed a moldy smell inside the trailer. Along the drive between pick-up and drop-off the right turn signal stopped working. When we had almost arrived, it was raining hard. While we unpacked, we noticed a lot of water had leaked in the trailer on the driver's side and some of our stuff had gotten wet. I told the woman who received the trailer.

kenneth cEverything was great. I was running about 15 minutes late due to construction, but I couldn’t reach anyone by phone during my attempts. It would be great if U-Haul had a text-message option to advise the location if you’re going to be late. For example, if I’m scheduled to return equipment at 5 PM, I could receive a message earlier that day with the option to reply with an updated ETA. It would also be great if U-Haul could list nearby locations that may need the equipment and give customers the option to return it to an alternate location, when convenient for the customer.
