This was a very short visit. However, the drop off was easy. The staff here were clear with their instructions about using the Uhaul app to complete my check out. I did end up calling in my check out because I didn't know anything about this app, nor was I provided any info to get it, prior to my check out. The staff on my call with Uhaul "Chris" was very helpful. He explained everything to me and made me feel confident about leaving the 15' truck in this location. I will use Uhaul again because this experience left me feeling like they have stepped up their customer service from the last time I used them. This is why I give the drop off 5 Stars.

Trailer was not prepared , had to sweep out first , was plowed in in parking lot and their was no employee for hook up supervision , took longer to hook up , missed an appointment on my trip as a result of U haul Thunder Bay calling that they did not have my size trailer that I reserved two months earlier. Had to pick up one hour drive away at this location in Nipigon. Desk clerk at motel was excellent and new to the process, not her fault she was professional.
