Make check in more seamless and not take so long with adding photos with the app. Also have someone working who knows how to handle check in would be extremely helpful.

Store clerk did not know how to fulfil the reservation so I had to wait 30 minutes while he consulted others. Store charged me for fuel despite having put more fuel into the vehicle than was given. Have rcpt and photos evidence of the scam.

PAUL SHORRIBLE service. Employees were not trained on how to complete contracts or perform safety checks. Manager was highly unprofessional and lied multiple times to cover his own mistakes.
