rosie gLocation was very shady. Were no signs, could barely locate. I don't know what the actual shop itself does but it was very run down, didn't look like it had been cleaned or used in years. Truck was raggedy, inside was clean but it barely ran, the engine had a shake and would get worse with higher speeds. Just trying to maintain highway speed the truck jerked and it felt like I was about to run off the road, and this wasn't a windy day.

Juan MThe guy had no idea what he was doing. Tried to make me take a truck that had a check into light on, and a fuel problem message on the dashboard. Still trying to make a single woman take that truck! Come to find out because he did not know how to change The truck number in the computer. This is after nine phone calls to U-Haul to get everything straight and understand what exactly is going on. Now I’m being charged for an extra day that U-Haul told me I could keep the truck and it has already made a Check Balance! Please contact me at 870-298-6206
katrina wThe thing I dislike the most about uhaul is no matter how much the customer does its always the same. For instance every time I use a one way uhaul and I never use the amount of days that they give me I always return it the same day and still get charged the same it would seem as if I was kind enough to get the truck back and allow the next customer needing a truck to have it that uhaul would at the least give some kind of refund or compensation for doing so, but just like uhaul it's still the same price!!!!
