We waited quite awhile to be taken care of as there was only one worker and she was on the phone with another client’s problem. After finally departing, I realized that he mileage stated on the contract was off by 20 miles so I ended up paying nearly $14 more than I should have. There were also extra charges I was not aware of. What I expected to be approximately $75 ended up being nearly $100 for a 4 hour renal. Not good.

Be on time for the pick up. Person was over half hour late and had to be called. Make sure employees know how to read a watch before they try and tell you that your there too early. Also make sure that they actually know how to use a computer. I would not go back at all.

The customer service representative tried his best to help, but he did not speak English at all, which made communications very difficult. He did try very hard to do his best though.

Horrible experience the whole way through from Pittsburgh locations been changed three times the last one being literally looking like a junkyard with one truck when there’s a beautiful U-Haul location right next-door. Then being told just drop it off anywhere you want after I was told I was going to get a location so I drop it off somewhere and then I get a message on my phone of where to drop it off. The truck came absolutely filthy we had to sweep up an entire desk been full of glass and dirt in the back. I’m very disappointed in this U-Haul experience.

make sure the rep is there at opening, not have your child at work (with an inflatable bed behind counter) and very disruptive, clean the office, make sure both reps speaks fluent english, use something to keep place more fragrant. With the surrounding neighborhood being run down make a better impression with your own business

The people at the pick up location were nice but couldn’t speak very much English. The truck that I rented had some problems with the tail lights that I found out about after I was stopped by the law on I 75

no one to help me -I fell over the trailer while she was trying to pick it up -injured my leg and arm-had to go to the emergency sept-sad case of service-thanks

They had no idea I had a reservation. There was nobody there when I showed up somebody had to call her. Had to wait over 45 min for her to even show up. With her screaming kids. It was awful

The customer service was great at both of the locations i was at. Ft myers north and springhill fl. The truck my friend drove needed a tune up, but it made it here. Thank you UHaul. Always my go to for when i move.
