I had to unhook and move trailer by hand my self no assistance, no room to move around, trashed out, didn't check the trailer in didn't call to ask about fuel, was the most horrible experience I have had with uhaul at this location I am surprised uhaul would allow a place like this to rent their equipment out makes uhaul look like a horrible trashy businessKeli S.

Original pick up location the business never opened to allow us to get our rental. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Tires 2 Go was where a truck was found for us. They treated us right and we were in and out quickly. Lectron-X was very disappointing as a service provider.Donald H.

Reservation was cancelled when traffic delayed my arrival by 15 minutes. The attendant re-entered, but for a location 30 minutes away... and added extra fees for services I declined (which of course no one could remove). Then at new location for pick up, I had to wait almost 2 hours... and then drive 30 minutes back to original location to my storage unit.Tom H.

Original reservation was for a different location, I paid and checked in the night before to guarantee my reservation. Upon arrival the trailer was not available, was referred to a the above location instead which was very much out of the way and added over an hour of driving to an already long day of travel. There was no staff upon arrival and I had to wait 2 HOURS beyond my original reservation time. I was then CHARGED TWICE, for the original reservation and the other that was made to locate me a trailer that should have already been at the first location. This additional charge has yet to be refunded. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEjon H.
Took us 2 hours to get hooked up. Site was not opened at designated pick up time and when I was assigned trailer pictures did not match trailer. Spoke with uhaul and they told me I would get a 10% discount which I did not receive. Another customer called and received a $50 discount. I do not understand why one person would get a bigger discount then another with the same circumstances. I feel this is very poor customer serviceMichael D.

The trailer was due back on Saturday, 4-3-21, at 3:00 pm. I kept it Saturday to complete my unloading. I drove by the drop off location on Easter Sunday, 4-4-21. Of course it was gated and locked for Easter Sunday. When I returned the Trailer to the drop off location on Monday, 4-5-21, your system charged me for TWO days late. The attendant said he had "no control" over your system. My only recourse was to call your offices. I've tried to get thru to your Customer Service Lines 4 times since Monday and have never had a chance to talk to anyone. Everyone was busy, and I got really tired of listening to the music. My experience was not a Good One with your company.John M.
