The trucks are parked behind the facility on a crooked hill. 4 trucks tight and the truck bouncing on the ruts. They need to park the trucks on flat ground.

No one was there and the driveway was full of broke down vehicle's. Had to call the help line too ask where to drop.

For the truck to actually have a working battery. I got my uhaul and when I picked it up they had to use jumper cables to get it started. They gave me no further instruction so, with my lack of knowledge of big trucks, I figured it would be ok if I only left it running for 15 minutes, just like a regular car. The truck ended up not being able to start after I turned it off and we had to wait 3 whole hours for someone to come bring a new battery. It was all a very unpleasant experience that made my moving day that much more stressful.
