Better customer service. Also, inform the customer of any changes in the rental that they were expecting to pickup. I had plans depending on a one way, and called the day before to confirm it. The employee confirmed that I was good to go, but when I showed up, the truck somehow was scheduled for a round trip. The employee couldn’t figure out how to change it to a one way like I had originally booked, and blamed it on another customer not showing up.

On trailer pickup the connection for brakes etc was frayed & corroded. Location could not fix so had to go to another location ( 5 moles away) without lights on trailer which was very stressful. The new location was very helpful. Also fixed a chain which was unsatisfactory. Need better preventive maintenance. Cost me 2 hours time to deal with issues.

First off the gentlemen John told me two professional movers would help me for 200.00 and was told by the end it was 300.00 the two men were not professional movers broke my mother’s bed and table and dented her dresser there!!! I’m not happy at all with the truck either windshield wipers did not work also the truck that was there that I wanted was never even used! I want a manager to call me back ASAP I might be calling the police on this matter

No key in van. Had to cancel me after 45 minutes of hassle. Van was filthy, anyway. Cab was filled with uneaten food and bottles. Gross.

The outgoing mileage and gas were recorded incorrectly so I had to file a customer service claim due to overcharges by the drop off facility. Hoping to have this resolved in the next few days.

I scheduled my pick up for 9am and when I called the location at 8am to confirm they told me they don't open until 10am. When I returned the truck at 3pm no one was at the locations and there were no directions to where I should leave the truck and keys.
