Well it started off real bad, your text message sent me to a locked location. I found the local phone number and was told they didn't have a 15' truck, call the 800 number. After 20 minutes being on hold I decided to try the other local locations. Top Lock was the only one who answered and said, come on over I'll help you straighten this out, I've got a truck you can rent. He saved the day for us. I'd contact him directly again. Never again will I use your automated online service, you have one job to do and you couldn't get that right. Plus it's unacceptable to be on hold for over 20 minutes. So glad Top Lock was available and answered the phone.Paula B.

Everything was great, my only complaint is I paid 7.00 for a dolly and there wasn't one in my truck. Oh and the check-in process took longer than I thought it would, but that was just because I was a first time renter.Laura B.

The online check-in process was cumbersome and not user-friendly, particularly the â€œID Verificationâ€ process. I was standing in the rain waiting for someone to answer an unknown number to verify my identity, despite having already submitting an ID copy and live photo at the site. This was also an evening, and had it been darker, depending on location, this could be unsafe. Please make people clearly aware that this process will occur before they are standing outside a closed business. That's my only feedback :)Cody M.

Mark, who worked at the UHaul facility was kind and generous. He let me take the truck early and was very nice when I returned it. The truck was new and a dream to drive.mark D.
That place was so slow the gentleman that help me didn't know what he was doing we had a download my driver's license 5 different times and it still had a hard time taking it I won't go backelaine W.

We arrived, paperwork was in order and we got on our way very quickly. Check out was the same; quick and professional. While at the loading site the truck would not start. Marvin came out to us within 15 minutes and got the truck started. He was professional and courteous. We greatly appreciated his going above and beyond to make out day go smoothly.JeffreyLorra D.

my original u-haul reservation brought me to this location and I received a confirmation that I could pick up my truck here at 11am. when i arrived there, the worker looked at us like we were from Mars and stated he didnt have any trucks here and when we asked what we should do then, he said he didn't know and couldnt help us. he was a horrible representative of u-haulKrista H.
The 15' truck I reserved was not at the location, and the website would not allow me to switch my order to the 10' truck that was on location. I was on hold for a very long time with uhals 1-800 number and did not reach anyone, but I was able to get a reachable number from a different uhal location that sent me back to the original location to sort it out online. Once I was able to reach someone they promptly switched my order, however it took me over an hour to get the lock off of the truck and there was no answer from the number I was given by the website for lock assistance. I reached another customer service line and they were of very little help. I have used uhal before without issues, but today I was put 2 hours behind schedule and very frustrated. I suggest having better locks with proper instructions.Erin W.
