I am disappointed because they almost charged me 2 days at the check in and also at drop off. Then, after the lady refunded the extra charge for the additional day, I received twice the charge in my account. She said she fixed that too and I have to wait until the transaction is cleared. Moreover, I don't know how, but I did around 10 miles and they charge me for 18 miles. Is the odometer working properly? I don't know if I can trust in u-haul again.Reydani G.
Made a reservation online..Upon my arrival the agent was slow ,rude..and unprofessional..He lacked knowledge of the system..And obviously need training on the uhaul platform..He had to call someone to help him with the reservation. On my reservation I chose to just rent the truck without any of the extras... but the customer service rep insisted on me giving him my card again even though I had already completed the reservation online and all my payment information..He then added a charge of 14.00 safe move fee.. without my consent... couple hours later upon delivery of the Uhaul I brought this to his attention... he then contacted someone to give me a refund I received an email that I have gotten a refund but I have yet to see it in my bank account... wasted a lot of time...at this location... if I use your service again I was just stopped to use the mobile app.... but I do want my refund I have yet to receive itRichard I.
The location was unable to explain the detailed charges to me, I only used the truck 1 hour and wasnt even asked if I carried my own Insurance, which I do and they cover the rental (ALLSTATE). All the girl told me is to call the number she gave me at the location, it seems she didnt know much other than to type up the bill. I did call the number and was told they would call me back.... never did!Juan C.

This site charged me $60 to put 1/8 tank of gas in the truck. I called uhaul service to have this charge reduced, and they said they would talk to site mgr. No such reduction was forthcoming. The Chicago site does a disservice to uhaul company and I will investigate competitors next time I rent a vehicle.Peter B.
