The dolly had a bent driver's side fender that rubbed when I loaded the car, had to bend it out to stop rubbing. The lock pin that holds the slide out ramp broke on the highway and ramp came out and was dragging untill I pulled over. Had to find a way to tie it up so it wouldn't keep coming downDAVID B.

Although, I completed the check in process online to avoid the hassle of showing ID and make the transaction quicker. For some reason, I had to do the whole checking out the equipment process from the beginning. However, the young man name Cameron was very polite and made sure everything was done a quickly as possible. Cameron was by himself that day, and the phones were ringing constantly, he had people waiting to check out moving truck/vans. Cameron multi-tasked, while being polite, kind,and had a positive attitude. Great customer service by Cameron.Susan B.

I arrived at 5:01pm, one minute after they close. The employee who checked me out was still in the parking lot, so I asked if I needed to do anything after dropping off the trailer. He said, No. Then I get charged, and he collects, $20 for not taking a picture after he told me I didn't need to do anything. Dishonest.BRUCE B.

The office is quite stressed in the morning with lots of business. The office manager is very competent and friendly, but it does take 15 minutes extra to get out over other locations because they have so much business.STEPHEN B.

Honestly in that occasion their priority is their own car place negotiation not UHAUL. When I arrived at the place the person incharge was on the phone with a client and i waited around 5 minutes and he never told me to wait till he finished speaking. When I went to give back the trailer the same thing happened. I wouldn't ever go back to rent a UHAUL at that place ever again.JACOBO A.

Clean your office. Spider webs everywhere. The staff was wonderful very kind. The office was a little dirty doesn't look good from a customers view.ANAIS M.
Top Tech reply to the fact I needed the pickup another day was "SHIT" and there were right. Day 2 the pickup started doing weird shit & I think the trans went out. No way to tell as you have to crawl under the truck to check the dip stick. Used the pickup 1 day PAID for 2Stephen C.

The entire return process was difficult. I did not understand that even though the facility was open that the person at the desk "could not" check in my vehicle. He told me I had to do it on my phone and gave little to no instructions. I tried calling the number and the person I spoke to also did not give me complete instructions. I tried "returning" the item via uhaul.com on my phone but did not get confirmation of my return. I though it was strange and went home. I decided to check online and it showed that my trailer was not returned yet. I called once again and was told I had to return to the place I had left the trailer and go through the process again. Once I got back to the location, I had to call again and was finally "walked through" the check in process. I finally got decent directions and was successful at returning the trailer. I did not like the phone/online process. I prefer checking in/out with a person in front of me.Tracy P.

We were not shown how 2 check equipment back in on phone and used 13 verification codes b 4 getting job done. Didn't know we had 2 b at location 2 check in after hours. For corporate uhaul u need 2 put check in truck/trailer, not just truck check in. Also phone csr needs 2 know how 2 help with returns on my phone.Steven T.
