Have someone actually there and some one who will answer the phone at that site. I dropped off dolly on Wednesday nobody there and no answer, dropped off truck Thursday same thing . Other customers there at both times needing assistance.

I called to reserve only 2 days before needing moving truck. The owner conveniently confirmed my reservation by text. When I arrived the truck was clean and ready. I was also able to rent furniture pads. Return was simple and my receipt was sent by email. E - Z Great place, great location and plenty of vehicles, all sizes! I highly recommend this location!!!

Stephen RWhen I rented the equipment. The system was down which was fine we got the equipment. Now you guys have no customer service. I went into the store where I returned them. And they could not help me. I had to get a hold of customer service in the state where I pick them up. I called several times and every time I call if the line was busy they would send me to another state I talked to Louisiana I talked to Arkansas. It took forever to get anybody to help me. I'm very disappointed it was not that late when I drop the trucks off and you hit me for another day on two of them. I believe I should not have been charged. The trouble with your system and no customer service is no good.

I was very annoyed that corporate kept harassing me to switch locations to another store - it is highly unprofessional, unethical and would advise that UHaul to disengage from that practice.. I'm all my years renting, I've never experienced this harassment to pilfer business from one location to another, if this is what UHaul does now -STOP IT! Allow customers to rent in peace! This location and owner is the best!! Stop trying to take business from him/them!

IVANA OI did a contactless reservation. Pick up was fine. The issue was at drop off. As I was completing the drop off one of the employees or the owner (I’m still not sure) verbally harassed me, called me the B word and threatened to have my personal vehicle towed for absolutely no reason. It was a contactless reservation. There was no need for him to approach me at all so the fact that he was hostile and disrespectful to me is still hard to believe. I would not recommend this location to a friend because the customer service was horrid.
SECRET GLocation says 24/7 drop off and I did at 6am. There were no lights on at the facility and no clear instructions of where to park truck.

JARRETT SI have used U-Haul more than 10x, and this was the worse experience I have had and will never use them again unless at a site with a person present. The online app kept crashing and making me redo things, between the pickup and return added an hour to my day that I already didn’t have to give up. Too many pictures, online people wouldn’t respond, local number not answered when I called 2-3 times and voice mail full. Worst customer experience I can even imagine. I run my own 50 million dollar business, if my employees gave this kind of service people would be without a job. Re-evaluate your app, responses way to slow or non-existent or even if responding vague. App wouldn’t respond many times over and crashed even though I had great bars and everything else working fine. You probably have a hosted service on A webserver from Amazon or similar, doesn’t have enough bandwidth. Very frustrating experience as I am in tech.

JAMI SScheduled a friend to come pick me up and drop me at the u haul location. There was a card board sign on the door that said back at 4:30 when I arrived at 1pm. The u-haul went about 3 miles down the highway before the check engine light came on and the cruise didn’t work.

April RI was scheduled to pick up at 1. I had arrived 20 minutes early at 12:40, there was a sign in the door that said be back in 15 minutes. No one showed up until 1:10.
STEVEN BIt was closed despite being open until 7 pm. It was uninviting and packed.
Dirk VTiny lot that was fully packed with return rentals. Sign on door stated returning at 5 pm. I returned a 26' truck with 12' trailer attached and there was no space to return the equipment. Did the best I could to park equipment in the lot provided. No one was on site to provide assistance or give instructions as to the best location to park the truck and trailer. Did the best I could with what was available to work with. I would recommend returning larger equipment to a different location.

jim w2nd time in a month I rented a 26 foot U-Haul and there was no windshield washer fluid. The wipers were streaking and need to be changed. The ABS brake light went on and off the first day making the cruise control useless. On return the check engine light went on. Disappointing to say the least.

TYLER TFirst off, using the app is not as easy and user friendly as stated. Once we got in the truck, the service engine light was on and inside of cab was a little nasty. Driving the truck we noticed the brakes were very spongy. Not well maintained. Truck should not have been rented for a long haul.
