The truck ran good and was comfortable however, it didn't appear to have been cleaned, inside or out. There was nasal secretions (boogers) on the dash and the seats and arm rest were filthy. This during a pandemic. It was throughly cleaned after we got it.Susan B.

Came to rent a truck, was immediately told all the truck were booked, without checking at all. The person probably didn't realize i had only came to that location because I saw online it was the only place with available truck. After going online and making a reservation. The person's whole attitude changed, then decided to treat me like a customer.Stephane T.

If you could update the app to actually know the inventory of a location or at least contact them to confirm the availability of items added to the order would be ideal. This location did not have any furniture or utility dollys even though I was offered the option and did reserve one of each only to find out when o got there, they did not have any dollies. Otherwise the experience at this location was ideal. The associate was friendly and very helpful and apologetic for not having the equipment we reserved.Kenja F.

Issue was not with the pickup location. The online scheduler was not clear on radius of pickup was. Request was for the Waldorf area (multiple locations) and the scheduler booked location @ 40 minutes away from Waldorf. This was not apparent until we went to the email looking for the address of the location of the pick-up.David B.

I would have like to leave the uhaul truck at a uhaul in the area where I moved to instead of taking it back to the location I rented. After moving and having alot to do, just having to take the truck back to the original loc as tin was an inconvenience.mary T.

I ordered a furniture dolly and hand dolly but when I got there, they didn't have either of these items. I should have been notified as I would have rented from a location that had those items or gotten hand trucks elsewhere. Really was an inconvenience.Janice C.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the young man santizing the place and the place was fresh and clean. This was a stressful time for me, not knowing when I was going to close and needing a place to store my items. The manager was exceptional helpful and pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air...Her smile, delvierey, and in tuness to my situation was helpful for me and for the moment, I knoew everything was going to be alright. If you are changing the pickup location for a customer make sure the new location has the items that the customer reserved. I was stuck moving my furniture with no furniture pads to protect it. Very frustrating.Adam C.
The truck itself was in very bad condition and should've been retired long ago. Felt like a safety risk to be driving it. Extremely disappointed to the point that I wonder why UHaul would allow it's brand to be associated with such a poor vehicle. The customer service employee was excellent though.Anne J.
Once again customer service was terrible, first it says two people only in the office I come to the door and there is three people so I walk in. Not greeted when I walked in but I'm told stay back 6 feet. I wait and wait then just give the keys to the person with no walk around or anything and the had to wait 4 hours for a close out receipt??
